with The Threats from Atopiana and Haven and the war against Route 1 after it attacked Maldorians, Hataria soon was starting the last part of it's rebuilding...............It was rebuilding The Imperial Military.

The Hatarian Military was going to be new, and this time it would not to be used for Imperialist Wars like when Neherenia ruled Hataria. It would help it's allies against The Terror of Haven, The Pact of Iron and The GDI and other enemies. It would also Defend Hataria it self and help stop terrorists and Pirates.

The Number of Hatarian Troops at War time (Unless it was to be higher in case of a Large War.) was to be at the max number of 80,000,000 Troops, Peace time it would be at 40,000,000.

Hatarian Dockyards were busy building new Ships for The Navy. Hataria was going to build a Large Navy to help Kurona Defend The Xanadou Region. It would also get a up grade, along with the Hatarian Air Force and The Imperial Marines.

Inshort it was changeing from Imperialistic Arm to a normal Military Stronghouse.

The Rebuilding was also Good for The Hatarian Economy, 8 hour workdays, high payment and Free dental and health care in all Factories and Ship yards was bringing workers from all around The Nation back to work, women workers were everywhere. Civilain Jobs also boomed from this Rebuilding, new houses were built, Farms were growing more food then Hataria could have, The Iron Mines in the Death Mountians were going 24/7 with 10 hour workdays and even higher payment for miners.

Hataria was coming back.

The Army of Lord Sumguy prides itself on the quality of it's special forces, and offers to send officers of the Royal Guard to provide special forces training for Hatarian soldiers.

OFFICIAL ASGARNIAN GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

While Hataria is not seen as a threat to Asgarnien soveriginity, the Asgarnian government asks if this rapid rebuilding of the Imperial Armed Forces of Hataria is completely necessary.

We will remain neutral for the time being, but reserve the right to impose strict sanctions and utilize a defensive force should Hataria take a course to threaten Asgarnieu.

The Hatarian government must not allow itself to be fooled by the short-term boom given to its economy by its expansion of the military. In the long-term, unless you are embarking on a campaign of military expansion, the military is a drain on the economy absorbing large sums of money while producing nothing as an end product. Hence it is said: Imperial power, in order to be used, can only be abused.
However, the Most Serene Republic of Altcorum woul be willing to supply battle tanks and Armoured Personnel carriers at very competitive rates.

The government of Kelonia remains cautiously optimistic about this upturn in military production on the part of the Hatarians, and respect Hataria's right to spend their money as they wish, especially in light of threats made against them. While others may condemn them, and while we will not be providing them with monetary or equipment aids, we officially support Hataria in their rebuilding efforts in this hostile climate.

However, in light of the concerns raised by other nations, we will be keeping an eye on the situation, for the good of all involved, Hataria included.

Duke-class heavy battleships, with their 29-inch guns, nicely complemented the flagship's massive 31" naval artillery. The 17" guns of the Vendetta-class battlecruisers rounded off the fleet's heavy surface weapons. We second the Hatarian declaration. Any nation that interferes with the legitimate purchase of military supplies or goods between Hataria and its trading partners will be held guilty of an act of aggression and we will be forced to act accordingly. We understand the conditions surrounding Hataria and its neighbors, but harassment of their trade and their legitimate pursuit of self-defense is not acceptable under any circumstances.

We do not protest stationing forces for security reasons, but they are not permitted to interfere with commerce itself. Our trade ships, supply ships, and observation network will keep us informed of any violations.

Ezaltian craft are allies of the Wanderjarians. Should they be involved in illegal activities, inform Wanderjarian Kriegsmarine Commanders and we shall handle it in concert of course with Hatarian naval forces. This is to be done in order to prevent possible action by either side. Ezaltians are disinclined to attack Wanderjarians, but are much more inclined to fight Hatarians. Matrosengefreiter (equivalent to a corporal) Manstein, a young newly recruited Radar operator, watched in horror as several thousand nuclear warheads were launched by the Atopian ships.

"Sir!" He screamed. "Weapons Officer! We have several thousand bogey launches from the Atopian fleet!"

"Jesus, Oberfeldwebel! Your orders sir?" Asked the Weapons Officer.

Oberfeldwebel Frederich was the commander of the German spy ship Unitis. Its large radar had picked up the launches immediately, and began relaying their coordinates to the rest of the Wanderjarian Fleet, as well as the satellite defensive ring. "The Fleet knows. Its in the hands of the Vizeadmiral now..."


"All units, fire anti-missile weapons immediately!" Shouted von Kessler. "Take as many of those bloody missiles down as possible!" Hundreds of ships began to fire anti-missile missiles at the oncoming warheads, hoping to avert what could be a terrible international incident and create yet another war in this very troubled region.

"When they get in range, target them with the CIWS cannons, and try to get as many of those laser defense satellites firing on them as possible!"

"Right sir!" Replied Operations Officer Wilhelm. The Radio Officer sent a message to the head of Satellite Warfare Command to target the missiles, which was instantly recieved and permission instantly granted by the onscene commander, who was authorised to do so. The Satellites began targetting the enemy weapons with their precision lasers, which disabled the tracking mechanisms within the missile, rendering them inoperable.


The Strategic bombers which the enemy would be launching would be notified that they were entering Wanderjarian airspace, and that they should not enter it to attack the Hatarians. Any Atopian aircraft which did bomb Hataria would be engaged by the Wanderjarian Marine-Luftwaffe, and destroyed, or inversely attacked by the ant-aircraft weapons on the cruisers set throughout the fleet.

The Atopians attack would hopefully be stopped by the Prussian peacekeepers. 'If not,' Vizeadmiral thought, "We'll have a war on our hands, and this whole damn operation will be for naught.

Proclamation of the Primo:

Due to the Hatarian military build up and their past actions with regards to unwarranted military aggression, particularly against Pact of Iron and Atopian forces and territory, it was felt necessary in the interests of Party and Nation to respond rapidly and pre-emptively to prevent Hataria from ever again unleashing such a war. The First Strike was carried out following intensive negotiations with Hataria, which failed, and designed to cause no damage whatsoever to any foreign interests. Any non-Hatarian nationals killed or injured by our strike will be compensated by the treasury.

Cazelian threats are of no consequence. We will defend the safety of our nation as we see fit.

Communique from Atopian Foreign Ministry:

We asked for them to cease construction of a large navy. We were happy to see one aircraft carrier, one battleship, and around 10,000 personnel (final total to be negotiated). We declared that if this was not agreed to, we would attack. The Hatarian response was to resort to insults and outright refusals. Thus, in order to protect the Nation and the Party, we advised the Ministry of War that the launching of First Strike was necessary.
