OOC: Ok this is abit of backstory surrounding the failed Vetakan Swan Rebellion its regarding Strators actions. Basically VSIS has been observing Stratoran Activities for a while including the murder of 5,000 People in response to the proposed International Goodwill Day by Reloria. Although relations between Vetaka and Strator are better than they where they are still very cold and tense.

Vetakan Security and Intelligence Service (VSIS) Headquarters, Classified Location, Vetaka:
Now that the Vetakan Swan Rebellion was all but over isolated to the City of Helgan, Vetakan Security and Intelligence Service (VSIS for short) had turned its main attentions back to an old enemy. Strator was one of the most evil men on the planet its population nameless and its lands in darkness. Strator was famous around the world for its slave trades and its tortue devices. Before the great powers of the world had united to put an end to it Strators trades had made him very rich.
Shocked and Horrified at the Slave Trading Vetaka along with such nations as Wagdog and Aunesia launched a massive diplomatic campaign that resulted in the Theeb Accords and the Strando Protocal which set out basic Human Rights and the diplomatic foundation to fight Slavery on a None Violent means. Strator had even attended and spoke at the Conference all that time ago.
However Vetaka was not stupid nor was she ignorant and had always remainded weary of Strator and his Evilness. VSIS had kept Strator under constant observation ever since the Vetakan Defence Force had withdrew from its occupation of South East Strator.
Deep below the ground in a secured Control Room that was Classified to all but a view a 24/7 Operation ticked over. Known as Operation: Omega it had been observing Strator by OBSAT, Conventional Recon and Computer Hacking since the last Ship of the VDF had left Stratoran Waters. Today was no exception the room was alive in its usual buzz of activity. A Giant HD Screen mounted on the wall showed a large map of the Stratoran nation OBSAT Orbit lines ran across it and key cities and military complexes where easiliy identified. Men and Women sat at Computers observing Live OBSAT footage most of them did not look up when the Coded Door swung open and a man entered wearing a rather expensive suit sitting down he was greeted by a Commander the suited man was Secretary of Defence Sam Fielding relaxing in a chair he smiled and began:
"Its good to see you Commander Purple, Give me an Update?"
Commander Jade Purple returned the smile, bowed and began:
"Well Sir their is not much to report since your last visit beside Strator following through on is threat to murder alot of people in protest to International Good Will Day."
"Did you manage to get evidence of it?" replied Sam
"Yes Sir. When Foreign Affairs alerted us we kept our eyes peeled sure enough 5 hours later we observed a number of mass graves being dug, a huge number of people being shot and a number of mass Graves being filled in. Our Hackers manged to confirm this as some 5,000 records disappeared from Stratoran Databases. Sir not that I am counting but you have visited everyday for the last week now is their something building?"
"Now that the Rebellion is more or less over maybe. The Cabinet is debating as to whether to redeploy Spec Ops to the nation"
OOC: Seen as its SIC I don't see how people could post. With the exception of Strator whom would obviously discover somebody is accessing his Database.
