Situation:
A few days ago the Reformer South Lizasaurian main colony of Cruscian was under siege when a neuclear weapon was detinated over a Reformer military base. Hundreds of warriors and civilians were killed in the incident. The type of distinct radiation that was imited from the blast indicated that the weapon was none other than the Nemisis Nuke, the imfamous weapon of choice by the Nemesis, and the Mazary against the Protoss and the Lizasaurians back in the Nemesis War, just before the formation of the Toori.
However, in the present day, the Nemesis and Mazary have amalgamated into the Holy Stringoian Empire, allies to the Lizasaurs and the Protoss. The Alliance Elites highly doubt it was a member of the Nemisis, now allies, that had deployed this weapon. Clues once again lead to the speculation that it was infact the act of the Incorperated States of Gracia that had deployed the neuclear weapon. Though those chances are quite high, and very favorable, however, one element is still unanswered for: this fact, that only a member of the Nemesis can deploy such a weapon.
Due to these circomstances, the Armed Republic of the Toori wishes to involve the HAVOC members of Greater Britain to partake in a covert operation to work with the ODSTR/SFOD of the Toori, and the Alliance Elites in the investigation of this international mystery.
