Greetings investors and businessmen of the world! Dobenicz Investments is presently undertaking one of its largest projects yet. We are planning to bring a 7-star hotel and casino to Esmund, the capitol of The Community.

Fire Over Heaven

The Fire Over Heaven will be the largest hotel and casino in The Community. It will possess 50 double story floors, with 360 suites, combined with multi-story atriums, hosting gaming facilities as well as many restaraunts and a conference center. The top floors will host penthouse suites as well as more exclusive gaming.

The total estimated cost of this project will be $900 million. Presently, Dobenicz Investments has contributed $400 million and private Siapian investors have contributed an additional $100 million. The remaining $400 million has been divided into 400 shares, to be made available to all investors*, with each individual or entity permitted to purchase 50 shares. Fire Over Heaven Hotel and Casino will comp room and meals of all investors. We look forward to doing business with you!

Naturally, the hospitality business is somewhat of a risky and volatile market, however gambling is a favorite pastime of Siap, and the hotel will be on Esmund's North Beach, so it will draw both tourists and locals.

If you are truly concerned with the security of your investment, the property value alone is expected to at least double in the next few years.
