Does anyone have any cheap fighters? We need a fighter thats good at combat and also cheap. (10 million and under.) And it has to be a fighter that you made, not like MiG 21 or F-16, etc.

Allied Weapon Works hereby offers it's homegrown design, the Shadowhawk

Airframe:
Just as with the SF-01 a airframe out of aluminium-lithium was chosen, although in this case the design was a mid wing one. As before over this was stretched the usual covering of composite materials.
Engine:
This was easily done. Simply adding afterburner to the same engine used in the SF1 neatly fit the requirement, and this also would cause a larger supply of spares available.
Avionics:
Starting out with a good, relatively long range, liquid cooled, air intercept radar, as well as the usual full set of ecm, rwr, and self defense chaff and flares were added.
Extra care was taken in designing the cockpit, with a new hud, two multi function displays, as well as full hotas adopted, all trying to keep the pilot's workload within managable limits, while still keeping the fighter a fully modern, and thus usefull, one.
Weapons:
A single 30mm revolver type gun was placed in the fuselage. To this was added two hardpoints under each wing, the inboard large enough to mount amraam's or equalient, the outboard for two short range missles (each), two wingtip hardpoints (for short range missles), and two "conformal" hardpoints for "amraamski" missles under the fuselage.

Specifications:
type: single seat, lightweight, air superiority fighter
crew: 1
engine: 1 AWW afterburning turbofan developing 18.100lbs of thrust on full afterburner, 14.100 dry
armament (full loadout): 1x 30mm revolver type cannon with 500 rounds
4x AA-12 Amraamski missles (under fuselage, and inboard pylons) (can be replaced by the Amraam, if preferred)
6x AA-11 Archer missles (outboard, and wingtip, pylons) (or equalient, per buyer's preference)
maximum speed, clean, and at optimum altitude: mach 1,8
service ceiling: 65.615ft (20.000m)
range, maximum, and with fuel tanks on the inboard pylons: 1.864miles (3.000km)
weight, empty: 14.599lbs (6.622kg)
m.t.o.w.: 28.660lbs (13.000kg)
dimensions:
wingspan: 27ft, 6&3/4in (8,4m)
length: 46ft, 3in (14,1m)
height: 14ft 9in (4,5m)

price: 28m$
While hardly the most impressive of air superiority fighters, it does have a fairly low price tag, certainly well under the 35m$ per unit price tag you requested.

OOC: The F-16 comes at a relatively low cost and is effective in MT as long as you aren't playing with a bunch of number/tech wankers.

I personally had a thing for the MiG-29 when I was about your nation's size. Got a neat HUD on it and it's fairly robust. Not as expensive as US / European stuff, either.

OOC:
lithium is a fairly rare element and would not be used in fighter construction
I would recommend RL fighters like the gripen, mirage 2000, F-15/16/or18, and other 4th or 4.5 generation fighters

That's basically the Soviet counterpart to the F-16, isn't it?
It is a very nice fighter.

ooc:More like their equalient to the Hornet..

And yes, it is a neat fighter, if a one that is cursed with a miserably bad loss/kill ratio (12/0, iirc)

FU-29K Scorpion Unmanned Aerial Combat Vehicle
http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/FU-29K1.jpg
The FU-29K Scorpion, Lovingly referred to as the "Smart FUK" by its operators, is a remotely piloted fully-featured UCAV that has been designed for the air-to-air role. Based on the Grumman X-29, it is extremely maneuverable and uses many advanced systems including all-moving canards,a four way thrust vectoring cowling mounted on the afterburner, wing warping "flapilerons" (uses wing-twisting instead of ailerons)and a vortex air-flow control system in the nose allowing more controllable supersonic turns and up to a 45 degree angle of attack.
Also the airframe has been hardened to allow up to 15G turns and ACM(Aerial Combat Maneuvers). Since there is no pilot onboard, turns over 9G, the current human limit, are possible giving this aircraft the distinct advantage over any human piloted aircraft. The aircraft also has in-flight re-fuel capability.
The FU-29K is piloted by an operator (in our air force usually disabled veteran pilots or specially trained flight students) in a small flight simulator(can a fit a few in a trailer) with wrap-around video screen, a HUD and 4 Head-Down displays, simple flight and weapons controls and hydraulic lifts in the seat to allow intuitive pilot response. The control units can be placed anywhere and if you have satellites, they can be operated anywhere in the world. The control units are included in the price of the aircraft.

 F-31X Cyclone Interceptor
http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/F-31X.jpg
The F-31X, based on the X-31 Technology demonstrator is an extremely maneuverable fighter, virtually unsurpassed in agility. The F-31X uses a new 4 panel thrust vectoring actuator and the same wing-twisting technology as the FU-29K Scorpion. The F-31X Cyclone achieved controlled flight and controlled roll around it's velocity vector at a 70 degree angle of attack, All at supersonic speeds. It also uses a system called a Helmet Mounted Visual/Audio Display (HMVAD). The HMVAD provides out-of-the-cockpit situational awareness and a simulated helmet-mounted sight to the pilot during high angle of attack combat maneuvering (where a normal HUD would be useless) It does not feature any stealth technology, however the tailless version (tail easily can be de-tached, sacrificing stability only not maneuverability), has a radar cross-section that is significantly less than that of a similar sized plane, increasing the time before it would show up on radar.

F-4X Phantom II
http://www.theaircraftgallery.com/planes/f-4/f4_3.jpg
The F-4X Phantom II started out as a "rip-off"(reverse engineering) of the Israeli F-4-2000(which supposedly equaled the F-18 Hornet) but features a distinctly Phoenix Dynamix flavor. It can carry a full air-to air load of 12 Anti-aircraft missiles. Even with a full weapons load this aircraft can super cruise or, with afterburners, can travel over Mach 2 and out maneuver many modern fighters and attack aircraft. A phased array radar, new FLIR systems and new counter measures have also been added. The Phantom also has in-flight re-fuel capability and is fully carrier capable.

OOC: I still use an improved version of the F-35 as part of my hi-lo mix along with some upgraded F-22s. Of course I've yet to use them in a combat RP so I have no idea how they'll fare yet.
