Theoropia and Osteia are having war games on a remote island in Theoropian waters.
This is closed to other nations, but may be reviewed.

Mt Suribachi, Air Force HQ
The Commander of Air Forces (CAF) stared at the map. This was the first war game Theoropia had been in, and therefore all of the men and women who participated in it were dedicated to doing their best.
The logical choice of attack for the Osteians was to fake a landing on the southern beaches, and then really land near Hiraiwa Bay. Therefore, the Commander of Ground Forces (CGF) had positioned most of his units on the western part of the island.
CAF wasn't so sure. He believed that the major landings would occur on the eastern part of the island. He had hoped that the Commander of Naval Forces (CNF) would agree, but instead the CNF agreed with CAF. Therefore, only a few Dunkerques would be left to guard the eastern area, along with a few Tiger submarines.
He hoped that they would win. Who knows, he though, maybe I'd get a raise!

Futatsu Rock, Hidden Katusha-7 Rockets
Although unlikely, an attack from the east had been a threat. Therefore, a battery of Katusha-7 Rockets had been hidden on Futatsu Rock. With 15 Dunkerque light cruisers to support them, any attack from the east would be hindered immensely.
