Today King Sikako Kutz I of Droskianishk announced that a new Parlaiment would be formed so that the people of Droskianishk could be represented more easily to himself. This announcement came after a year of heavy protest against the new monarchy. There are several legal parties:
Royalist Conservative Party: This party is the remnant of the old Monarchial Party, which pushed for a centralized government under a monarch.
Economy: Very protectionist. High Tarriffs, but few restrictions on corporations within Droskianishk. Low taxes.
Military: Powerful imperialist military.
Abortion: Opposes in all cases.
Homosexual Marriages: Opposed.
Guns: Loose gun control.
Current Official Religion: Approve.
Support of North Lerasia (Which is becoming increasingly more clear to the people of Droskianishk): Approve.
Royalist Republican Party: This party desires to see the monarchy dismantled slowly and peacefully with a return of the Senate but with a King working much as an international symbol and a national symbol of unity.
Economy: Low Tarriffs, few restrictions on corporations, desire to see small businesses, low taxes.
Military: Interventionist.

Homosexual Marriages: Opposed.

Support of North Lerasia: Circumstantial (Wants to see a strong independent gov't under Fien but not willing to go to war over it)
Democratic-Republican Party: Opposed to the Monarchy, desires the see the return of the Senate as well as the Consul position. See's no place for a king in Droskianishk. Desires small government.
