Space Program Development

Leocardia

Overview

During the war with Blackhelm, forcing Leocardia to pull out of TPF, they had a special advantage that Leocardia didn't have. They had a space program. After the war, Leocardia poured an enormous amount of funding in the space research program for studies and testing to produce the first launched Leocardian sateillite. Currently, Leocardia shares space equipment with an allied nation and is not able to receive its full benefits in it.

Leocardia has deposited $10 trillion into the program, and its results has been successful over a series. The new launch will begin soon.

The launch was settled. Millions of Leocardians sat in front of their televisions to watch this national event. The launch shuttle was parked and was facing in the air. "Bouts time. I was about to kill myself if the Blackhelms got into Leocardian grounds." It was ready. The countdown reached to 10, 9... the moments of silence. 4, 3... 1... The shuttle launched. The thunderous propulsion launched the shuttle into the sky. Military observers looked at the shuttle fly. They knew this would be the most important in Leocardia's history.

The shuttle was up, up, but suddenly it exploded 30 seconds in air...

Another try would resume tomorrow.

Thank you, thank you. We, however, do need some scientists to aid us in our research into creating our first sateillite in space. We would like to accept your offer for assistance, thank you very much.

It would be our pleasure to provide assistance.

We shall arrange for 10 scientists from our Government Astrophysics Laboratory in Compendiensis to be flown to your nation.

"A nation still in the medieval-era weapons?" The president asked. "Maybe it's time for us to give them a gun. Air drop a AK-47 rifle in their nation, but mark 'Made in Leocardia' on it."

Imperial Message to Leocardia Government

The Imperial Kingdom would be willing to aid in the development of your space program as long as there is an assurance that it will remain strictly for scientific or observation purposes and will not be used to develop offensive space weapons or platforms.

Another launch was issued, but held secretly for military use. It was another great day for the launch. Scientists from allied nations helped assemble a better design on the shuttle, making the reliance and performance better. The shuttle was parked to the platform, while vertical positioned. The smoke and fire retardant was ready. The countdown began. Soon, the shuttle exploded into the air... and through the atmosphere. It was reality, Leocardia had finally touched space.

Another $10 billion USD was issued by the government to quickly establish a satellite.

We would be willing to provide additional funds and technical aid to the Leocardian government in establishing its space program. In the wake of continued military aggression around the world, it is dangerous for any nation to lack force projection power in space. To this end, $50 billion in equipment and monetary aid, as well as the resources of our own space program are available to you. We hope this will help your nation prepare for its future defensive needs.

I hope this money goes far towards creating a Leocardian space program capable of meeting the nation's future needs,
