The scenario:
It is the year 1483, the height of another inquisition, when a platoon of church troops arrives a small monastery, bearing ill news. Your order has been infiltrated by a team of heretical assassins, bent on the destruction of the monastery. To root out the traitors, a council of all the monks and nuns was called together, aiming to execute the heretics.
Rules:
The game is divided into two parts, Night and Day.
During the Day, each council member gets one vote to cast on who they think the heretics are. When a majority of votes is reached, the person is executed, his/her guilt or innocence is revealed and the day ends.
Council members can also vote for torches. If a majority of votes for torches is reached, the deadline is extended by twelve hours. A day lasts twenty-four real life hours.
Night: At night, the team of assassins gets to make a kill, removing one of the council members from play. They send me a telly saying who they are targeting, and the night ends.
I will randomly pick the team of assassins, and designate a leader, who will be the one responsible for tellying me during the night.
The game ends when all of the assassins are dead, or when they have a majority in the council.
The first twenty or so sign-ups will be accepted.
