In an effort to quell a meaningless invation of British Londinium, and to reestablish Londinium control to their land in hopes of future arms trade, the Armed Republic of the Toori hearby gives the Freekish military 35 hours to withdraw all units from British Londinium, and cease all attacks against the land.

The pointless bloodshed had already taken place when the Freekish ignored the Londiniums effort to surrender peacefully. If there is to be any more bloodshed, there will be the strength of a cause and a will to fortify it. We do not fear the possibility of our doom. We are born warriors, and we shall die warriors if we must. Our fate is already cealed.

Then don't get mad at the Gholgothans who have had war declared on them. Bother Toori rather than us. All we have said with regards to the matter is that if they come we will kill them to the last man. If they end up not coming for whatever reason, be it international pressure, fear, or rational thinking, no one will die.

We give you and mainly the other, more worthy Gholgothic nations one last chance at negotiation. You know not of our position and right of demanding. Our demanding is based on a similar situation of another 'fragile bond' between the Toori and British Londinium and our wishes to make better ties with them due to their resources and arms production. Understand our position in this conflict as we want nothing more but the ongoing nessecity to trade. We are already drowning in a far more important war than this, and would like nothing more but to end this conflict so we may return to our trading routine. However, the Pheonix Militia had much territory there as far as I know, and they have aided us in the past most generously. Because if this conflict, and their loss of land, they seek land elsewhere. Wether peacefully, or through force, we will reclaim their land at least. The bond between the Toori and British Londinium is not vital.

Also, as I recall, the Toori never declared war on the Freekish, however, warned them that we would if they did not releave the land back to its owners. We were unaware of your purposefull withdrawal, and its tactical importance. In respect to your previous statement, the Armed Republic of the Toori hearby declairs the deadline of which the Freekish were warned to evacuate British Londinium land: void, and henseforth withdrew. However, also in respect to the previous statement of the Phoenix Militia, the Armed Republic of the Toori hearby wishes to render any assistance to this cause, and if so will cooperate with any strategic or tactical plans being conducted by Phoenix Dynamix, and British Londinium.
