ALL EXPANSION SLOTS FILLED, NO MORE APPLICATIONS
With the evacuation of facilities in the war torn nation of British Londinium complete, Phoenix Dynamix must expand to meet the needs of its customers around the world.
We require a plot of land near a sea port to build a new facility(ies) or at least within 3km of the ocean with the opportunity to build a dock(and a 3km length of railroad leading to it) on the coast. In order to make up for lost time, a large sized, multi-purpose component production facility must be constructed by Phoenix Dynamix engineers, who will mostly be using pre-fabricated structures. We would hire a maximum of 170,000 foreign employees for the construction of the facility and 150,000 for the subsequent operation of it. We would require a 50 year contract and assurances that we would be allowed to screen potential employees according to our policy and to fire those who are found not to conform to our policies after the date of hire. We request tax rate information from all applicants.

Stable government preferred but not required.
Economy must fall into one of the following UN Categories.
Frightening
All-Consuming
Powerhouse
Thriving
Very Strong
Strong
Good

ACTO, CA, NATO, and GDI member nations need not apply.


Applicants will be reviewed on a case by case basis, although only one large facility is needed, it is possible we may opt to expand into more nations.

We have been hoping for an opportunity to expand into The Shazbotdom Empire for quite some time. I think that with 6 square miles we could build a decent airfield and a small production facility with the possibility of expansion at a later date. We will do our best to meet your environmental laws, but our facilities already have a minimal environmental impact so we don't expect problems. (since we will secretly dump the toxic waste about 300 miles offshore each month) So we will accept the application for a facility to be built on the Colony of Alraibris, but note that it will be a separate deal from the original mandate of two factories.

We have approved Firehelper and Shazbotdom for expansion facilities. We are keeping Vetaka, Ambrose-Douglas and Aurum Domus on the list for a possible third facility, or maybe even fourth facility. No new applicants will be considered.

Correct, however, our nations involvement with the conflict previously stated seems to be becoming non-existant. (i.e. it would have never happend and my posts ignored due to the fact of the other nations dislikes of my MT/FT technology. OOC it would have happened, but the Toori's IC involvement would have never taken place, which hopefully would clear the slate between you and I) I assure you our countries stability is far more unwavering than many countries you have incountered. Thanks to your trade with us, our defence capabilities have boosted. If the instability of which you speak is in terms of our government, our government is far different from most Earth based. If you wish for further information on it, I would be most willing to provide.
