Catamaran configuration is not possible as hulls are pre-made, and we would like to point out that this hull is not ideal for a frigate and that your configuration has left large empty spaces on the superstructure.

The Leocardia Class can be produced for 1.5 billion per ship (including 50mil BSA discount), however we must not that the AEGIS weapons system (which costs $400 million), is almost completely useless without seperate missiles. The only use could be to direct missiles fired from other warships, so we will still make it if you wish.

Well my original intention was to have Phoenix Dynamix manufacture the ships per your design. I think the best thing would buy a fair number of ships and then purchase domestic production rights if you want to make more at a later date.

IC: It is not our choice, Phoenix Dynamix has faced harsh government fines and penalties for circumventing the long standing ban on trade with CA members and selling to Blackhelm Confederacy through a loophole. Considering that elements of the Griffencrest Corporation which is based in Blackhelm Confederacy, are currently and actively involved in military operations against allies of The Phoenix Milita, the ban on sale of military goods is extremely lenient.

Crew served weapons(would like mount points and deployable structures. The deployable structures should be 'fold down' that is they assemble to a multi level turret that multiple people can be behind and use armory supplied weapon mounts rather than fixed mounts) However in these fixed positions I would like 'chutes' that can by pneumatic pressure distribute supplies such as ammo cases, as well as 'fit a human' so that it can be used as a pneumatic aided escape port or deploy port, basically an elevator but high speed) This elevator system should connect to the subsurface armory which will allow weapons to be deployed to these stations, as well as allow ammo resupply or personnel supply or evacuation. The deployable multilevel say three story 'towers' should be sheilded by a good post kevlar armour to stop small arms and other projectiles as well as be flame resistant. I'd also like the air ports to be able to deploy flame or act as a flame port. The flame port should not directly interact with the deployable structure.
These towers do not themselves need to be sheilded from missles etc.. but their covering 'or top' when they are undeployed should be made of battleship type armour. The deployable stations should also be 'BC biochem sheilded' but still have a bottom level exit/door/flap on the ships deck)










2 Torpedo tubes large torpedo tubes positioned aft and forward able to deploy 'UMV's' and undersea to air missles. as well as standard torpedos. These tubes should be 180 degree by 175 degree rotation

It is hoped that launch position can be adjusted, but the reason for trajectory is that I would like to have deployable supercaviated shell guns. Which can be aided in material by a magnetic pulse assistance. That is firing assisted by magnetic. There firing magnets should be able to extend beyond the ship and also act for Electronic warfare purposes including induced EMP.

I'd like to be able to deploy depth charges through the tubes.

NOW HERE IS THE CHANGE. those torpedo tubes I'd like two on the surface with 360 by 180 degree motion.. usuable for the same type of systems but in addition to the supercaviate shells also non cavaiate aerodynamic sabots.

This would include an EM dish array that can be used for other EM broadcasts, including radio and television broadcasts, a transmission tower, and arrays. These arrays would also be part of the sensor suite that can intercept and augment EM signals that is the computer can reroute or augment intercepted EM signals, as well as act as a jamming system.

The onboard computer should be able to use sensor information and intergrate with the tracking for fire control feed purposes.

Engine: I'd like magnetic guasable drives with a dynamic assisted steam turbine design fed from the neclear reactor, but these steam units and the turbines should be usable to create electricity for ship purposes, and these turbines should be utalizable at different points. I'd like to have electrolysis capacity as per regular with dian engines, and for it to be able to seperate clorine and sodium as well as utilize these elements in sodium reactions or otherwise. The steam itself when not required at maximum temperature should be able to be condensed and used for showers so non radiation of the water used in the steam process, by a system of internal hotwater radiate and secondary and teritary and quadrentary steam channels should be utilized so that some of the purified water will be safe for use.


Crew accommodations: Crew quarters should be double 7x5 x 8 cells with a common storage and congreation area for every 10 cells, or for every 20 people. There should be 10 such cell blocks and a central mess and preperation area. Just before the prep areas there should be a laundry shute that has computer assisted information used with the smart card by remote detection or manual entry. Every clothing peice also has an RDIF tag to assign which crewmembers clothing item it is. After it is cleaned it is returned by a simple robotic mouse drone which handles returns laundry and puts in in the specific crewmembers assigned clothing shelving in the common room on the cell block.

Thus there is room for 200 crew in the cell area.
There would be 5 unit areas for a total of 1000 slots, basic crew would be 600, the other 2 areas would be reserved for marines. In an ermergency these may be able to used as quads but that would be side in like the romans did.

Bridge style: The bridge style should be dual bridge one located forward the other after with 4 other computer control remote rooms that can serve as reduced backups.
Via VR though any PDA could act to control the bridge controls, with proper clearance and prior bridge code authorization. But either there has to be prior authorization via biometic authorization or the bridge must not respond to a request for access for 10 minutes or some other operations set deadline, so that if there is no response it is assumed that the bridge crew has been disabled requiring remote access. Ports to hardplug in equipment should be available. standing room as well as sitting room, coms and various view and tactical screens as well as a central combat awareness table should be available. There should also be a bridge armory available. Major control consoles should be fully sheilded but modulized so that whole consoles can be taken out or replaced. Consoles only when given console specific remote access should be available. Bridge collor should be coloured natural colour whether metalic grey or black.

In addition to the 'basic' crew quarters there is the 'rotational' quarters. Which has 10x10x7 rooms with a seperate bed. There are 20 of these rooms with each four linked to a common area that has lounge areas and room for other amenities. (the idea is every few days the unit gets down time in better accomodations with a private showers for each quarter block etc..

Lictors have 4 of these blocks dedicated to officers, or if there is not that many lictors to the next highest ranked officers such as legionaires.

Imperial Command sets aside 10 suites that are doublesized 20x20x7. As a reward the VIP of each week gets to spend one week in one of these suites.

The brigs are dual purpose they are linked to the medical center and each brig room can be used as an operating table or for a sick patient. Each brig cell is quarentinable. There would be 20 such brig cells much like the room design that is two blocks of 10 with a central 'equipment and personnel area'.


There would also be a fitness area. Also a 'small balast flood pool that fills with saltwater or purified reactor water, as well as a hottub filled by noncharged hotwater from the steam system. All hotwater when available comes from the nuclear system. Waste water is used as 'the' first level hotwater after being filtered as applicable. Thus would be grey water is purified and discarded at the end of the cycle..

Any other requests: It is assumed that this ship will conform with various Dian standards. There are many to go over but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do them considering a 2012 capacity. I'd like the ship kept as small as possible, and include 'stealth capacities' as much as possible with reduced crossection as much as possible. I'd like it thermally sheilded as much as possible with where possible the hull designed with an outward 'caging' with modular cage units to counter torpedo effect. Would also like one landing port with an internal hangar able to accomodate a large fighter or helicopter (several if there is space). for VTOL etc.. no runway.

In short, no.
The build a battleship workshop is profitable for Phoenix Dynamix because of the relative ease of switching out custom components on such a large platform. It would cease to be profitable if we had to make smaller vessels in the same way. The hull size is fixed, there is no changing that, but we can equip the interior so that it can only hold 1,000 but even then we don't recommend this...
8 cannons(8 does not go into 3 turrets evenly by the way) you need at least two shifts of gunners, gunner's mates, loaders turret commanders etc. Then you need damage control and enough engineers to take care of the three generators and 3 engines for at least two shifts. Then you need two shifts of crew to operate the missiles, the combat system, navigation and other bridge functions. Really the minimum is as listed, 1,400 crew.

A better alternative would be to click on the Phoenix Dynamix Storefront link and buy one of our smaller cruisers or destroyers!
