Structure:

Leader: ?
Second in command: General Santiago Veracruz

The combined forces of the DLAF are estimated to be around a thousand strong which are spilt into 4 main groups that are in the continents of; North America, South America, Africa and Asia. These groups which are known as 'command centers are then spilt into smaller 'cells' which are made up of 15members. Each cell can act independently and are mostly secluded from the other cells for the most part thereby safeguarding the exsistence of the DLAF from reprisals or other acts which can destroy all of them. The number of cells differs in each continent with North and South America have the highest number while Asia has half of the combined numbers of the America's and Africa having barely any.
