Muammar al-Gaddafi sat in his boardroom with his close military advisors and planned what was to be the final result of Chad's stupidity.
"As you all remember, the people of Chad expelled our great Libyan army from their region in the eighties, causing us to lose control of our rightfully claimed land. But another fact, that I am positive you are all aware of, is that the land would be ours if it hadn't been for those god damned Frenchies. But fortunately for us, this time around, the French are on, shall we say, different terms.
"In order for us to succeed this time around, we must strike with efficiency and quickness. We will have air superiority this time around without the Frogs, so that scratches one problem off the list. Also, with our recent purchases and military revisions starting to be enacted, we are a far more organized and superior force than before. With our new ground-attack fighters and our recently bought Russian tanks, it is safe to say we are back in business.
Gaddafi paused, took a drink of Cognac, and continued.
"We need to utilize our commando infantry to sweep in alongside the regulars with our tanks and IFV's to enact a Blitzkreig-like assault on the Prefecture. Once there, we need to run airstrikes on the main Chadian military compounds, first from Libya, then from frontline airstrips either captured or constructed once there. Geologist reports claim that there is a good possibiliy of undiscovered oil in the Chadian desert, oil that will boost our economy higher than it already is. Gentlemen, this could be the beginning of a new age for Libya and the Jamahiriya. Allahu Akhbar! God is Great! May Allah be on our side on our endeavers!
The military officers stood and cheered, then were dismissed to their respective posts to uster troops and recieve their armament. A new Age dawned on Libya, an age of battle, prosperity, and hope.
