Briefing: The Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a self-proclaimed 'Neutral Nation' in the Cold War. As well, they do not claim affiliation to any Terrorist or Mercenary Organization, and is no host to such things. Vietnam's relations to the Warsaw Pact and NATO remain simply Mutually Diplomatic, and hold no ill-will outside the Spratly Islands Territorial Debate. Any qualms with the Socialist Republic is expected to be brought up face-to-face like Civil Men, and that all ill-wills are put to a stop through Diplomatic-means.
