For a long time we have been a nation in isolation. We have realized that in order for our nation to expand and prosper we must show our faces to the world. The nations that know us think we are primitive and stupid. We hope showing ourselves to the world will make them think twice. Our first problem is our military. Our military is currently armed with locally made, bolt action rifles. We have no vehicles, except for modified civilian vehicles. Our soldiers are poorly trained but are very good marksman. We are looking for people to come to our nation and train our military in FIBUA, (Fighting In Build Up Areas). We also would like to be provided with the following;

A easy to use, fairly cheap, set of squad weapons, ie; rifle, machine gun. I'm looking for RL, MT weapons here.

A small, fairly cheap IFV, LAV, or APC, capable of navigating narrow streets. Must be armored enough to withstand rifle fire and RPGs. It's weapon load out does not matter.

The nation that best fits our needs will be awarded future weapons contracts.

Brayton Arms Manufacturing Inc. offers the M225 Tolvanic Light Armored Vehicle (TLAV), and Light Tracked Combat Vehicle families for your consideration.

M225 Family

The M225 family is an updated version of the venerable M113 APC. The M225 features a more powerful 300 hp engine, improved tracks and suspension, and superior armored protection with the addition of steel/ceramic plates. The M225 is capable of withstanding 12.7 mm HMG fire and with ad don armor can withstand autocannon and RPG fire.

The M225 comes in multiple configurations including APC, light IFV, mortar carrier, TOW ATGM carrier, Fire Support Team Vehicle, ambulance, C3 vehicle, universal carrier, and air defense vehicle.

Tolvanic Light Armored Vehicle

The TLAV is an eight-wheeled multirole armored vehicle based on the successful LAV III series. Among the improvements are an upgraded suspension, more powerful engine (450 hp vs. 350 hp), increased range, and superior armored protection. The TLAV features all around protection against 14.5mm HMG fire and is well protected against mines and IEDs. Applique armor packages allow for proofing the vehicles against 25mm autocannon fire and RPGs, however these add weight and degrade the vehicle's mobility somewhat.

The TLAV comes in a variety of variants including IFV, recce vehicle, Mobile Gun System, ATGM carrier , mortar carrier, air defense vehicle, Engineer Support Vehicle, Medical Evacuation Vehicle, Fire Support Vehicle, Repair and Recovery Vehicle, CBRN Recon Vehicle , and C3 vehicle

Light Tracked Combat Vehicle

The LTCV is based on the succesful CVR family of light armrored vehicles. The vehicles feature improved drivetrains, superior mobility, and increased armor protection.

The LTCV comes in multiple variants including a light tank, recce track, ATGM carrier, C3 vehicle, light APC, repair and recovery vehicle, and a SAM carrier.

OOC: Well, it's not precisely RL MT, but the following would be pretty much feasible current capabilities.

Pale Rider Arms would like to put forward the M26A Infantry Combat Rifle (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=517423) family, as well as the Nezumi Oni (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=506698) family of vehicles, for your consideration. Both the rifle and IFV are manufactured to exacting specifications, and would make excellent additions to your nation's military.

The A-1 PAC-RAT is more than just one of the largest armored personnel carriers in the world, its a fully featured mobile infantry fighting platform. The 10 infantry dismounts can pose an even bigger threat, if they are carrying AT-5 Vazookas. The Pac-Rat features enough armor to absorb 20mm bullets without a flinch.
up to 30mm DU rounds can be seriously reduced in velicoty before they punch through the cabin, that is of course, if they punch through at all. The RPG-7 and AT-4 poses little threat to the Pac Rat, the treads being the only vunerable area.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/a2mule.jpg

The A-2 PAC-MULE is, despite the name, the smaller cousin of the Pac-Rat (PAC stands for Personnel, Armored Carrier). Carrying just 6 infantry dismounts, the A-2 is more akin the the Bradley fighting vehicle, even though it shares some visual traits with the M113 series.
The Pac-Mule's dual 30mm cannons (w/DU ammo) are perfect for destroying infantry, other apcs/ifvs, trucks, equipment and most modern main battle tanks. The 4 AT-45 Missiles ensure it can threated any main battle tank in the world. There are also 2 AT-5 rocket launchers to destroy lighter armored vehicles, walls buildings and older tanks.
The Pac-Mule has roughly the same armor density as as the Pac-Rat.
