SIC:

Chancellor Blunt sat back in his office. His top military advisors were in the room with him. They had been over the possible situations one-million times. Now it was time to make the final desicion. It was a well known fact that Russian merchants often transported their goods through the Baltic Sea. Sweden's strategic location on the Baltic Sea, paired with their small, agile, and stealthy navy, meant that they could effectively disrupt the Russian merchants enough to put a siezable dent in the USSR's GDP. But there were some heavy consequences to this action as well. If caught, Swedens proximity to the USSR meant quick and immenent invasion. They would have to rely on their brothers in NATO to back them up. The Chancellor was in flux. He knew that as America went, so went NATO, so he turned around to his computer and quickly tapped in a secure transmission to the American President.

TO: USA President
FROM: Chancelor Blunt

We are debating wether or not to begin disrupting the Russian shipping lines in the Baltic Sea. We wish to run this by our allies first, especially you. We want to have your ok on this mission. We also wish to inquire about those production rights for the Zumwalts that we had requested. These ships would be a great addition for this mission, but we need the production rights first.

OOC: Basically I will have raiding parties of 2 Visby Corvettes and 1 Gotland Sub, and possibly 1 Zumwalt. They will fly no banner, and no other means of identification, and will sink merchant ships bearing USSR flags.

OOC: Come on Vetalia! Note the SIC part! You don't know what has transpired!

OOC: Lol, I posted it way too early. Deleted until later.

OOC: I'm not in this RP, but I think you're thinking of the Baltic Sea, not the Black Sea.

OOC: Oops, thanks.
