The right decision on Minucciano?

A beacon of freedom or an evil regime?

The recent attention attributed to Minucciano has served dual purpose:Promote friendly ties and bring accusations of abuse and condemnation to the nation. The former of these help substantiate Minucciano on the world scene. A modern, wealthy, western nation with a remarkable culture. Such have done little harm; the nation is now a self-ruling dominion as opposed to a protectorate of Willink, and It's sovereignty is (somewhat) guaranteed by Questers. The nation's historical background has helped it to create international ties; Praetonian, Doomani, and Clandonian embassies line Diplomacy Way, a small private street towards the upscale district in northern Saint Saviour, overlooking the Southern Haven Strait.
The other? Widespread condemnation and sanctions for the governments policy of Apartheid, the separation of people based on races, meant to target the nations black majority, which is labeled a crime against humanity by the United Nations. Such concerns came ahead recently when the Northern Expanse placed restrictions on Minucciano preventing the licensing of production rights on military equipment. This was not met without backlash by both Minucciano and her closest benefactors, however, the result of which was the agreement to sell some 250,000 assault rifles to the Minucciano National Self Defense Force (MNSDF) by The Northern Expanse. As the nation has yet to open itself up internationally aside from a few arms deals, the global response to national policy has yet to be seen.
The lavish economic situation presented above provides only a small glimpse at the nations two-tier economy. The Black majority (Nearly sixty percent of the demographic) lives amid total poverty in shanty towns and remote villages across the nation, and on the outskirts of large cities, including my very own. Such a condition is not limited to just Minucciano: Our inner neighbors, the nation of Questarian Transvaal (Well, if considered a nation) is just as infamous for the very same offenses committed by my government. The result of these policies, especially concerning rumored unrest within the hierarchy of government, are yet to be seen.
