Comunicación Oficial Entre el Estado Reformado Fascista de Nicaragua y el República de Federal Brasil
Hello, great brother nation of the Southern American continent. We wish to ally our selves with you, as we both have many things in common. Our people are Spanish, collaboration would be quick and easy to understand, while communication with the other races would be must more problematic. You use 'Alcohol' as we do, except we label it Ethonal. We could work on making it more efficient and indeed using it in our military, armoured units and even aircraft some day. And we are both pro-right wing, such advocation would be helpful with each other, as we understand each other. For the first time in our nation's history we wish to offer you a non-economical alliance, but that of a true... brotherly one. Will you accept? First with embassies, but hopefully growing and flourishing?
Signed,
Caleb Ramon Solis

OOC: Spanish isn't spoken nor is it taught like English is as a Second Language throughout School. It's only offered, I beleive in the High School level.
