Congo History: (From 1991 Onwards)
Congo saw little change from 1991-2007. Its Military rule is untouched by events happening around the world. President Kabila still rules the Country and the Army and the Army is used as a tool to maintain Stability in the Country, however it still abuses Civilians and commit crimes which are unpunished. The Army still is highly regarded and gets lots from the GDP, although the Country is trying to reduce the spending of Military and putting the money into education and Research. Health Care is improving but slowly.

You can open an embassy in Tel Aviv in return.
