President Kablia,

We will gladly buy your rubber at the price of $550 United States Dollars per ton, and your oil at the price of $500 per five gallons. However, how much you decide to sell is obviously up to you. At 5% export tax, that would be $577.5 USD per ton of rubber, and $525 per five gallons of oil. We also will gladly allow you to set up embassies in Rome and Naples. I will personally attend their opening.

As for the 17 Tornado Attack Aircraft, we will sell them to you for $150,000 apiece, a bargain for these fine aircraft, but for a fine friend!

Let us know when the trading may begin!

Sincerely,
Giorgio Napolitano,
President of Italy

Alright then, trading shall resume next week, as we already have tankers and Cargo ships waiting at Port Banana to take off to any country. As for the Tornado Aircraft, we thankyou for your unbelievable price. We would also allow an embassy to be set up in our Capital, Kinshaka.

OCC: $150,000 is abit too low. A Tornado Attack Aircraft costs around $8m USD to build you are making too much loss.

(OOC: Oh, okay. I wasn't sure how much they cost, and I couldn't find it anywhere.)

As an afterthought, my advisers have advised me against selling them so low. We have revised the price to around $5,000,000 United States Dollars. It is still a decent price, and I hope you don't mind the change.

Sincerely,
Giorgio Napolitano,
President of Italy
