OOC: The Diplomatic Meeting that will start The Confederacy will be on this Thread along with The Sign Up to Join The Allaince.

IC: the Confederacy of Free Nations (CFN) is a Defense/Economic/Diplomatic Allaince that promotes Free Trade, Freedom for all Nations and Diplomaticy. The CFN will have it's own Military to help Defend Member Nations and can go on The Offenve if needed. all Nations are Free to be Free and that is the Motto of The Confederacy.

The Articles of The Confederacy (The Charter)

WE THE PEOPLES OF THE FREE NATIONS hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal; That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; That among these are Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness. To Proect these rights of all Peoples, this CONFEDERACY OF FREE NATIONS is hear by formed.

Article I: all nations are Free in this allaince and will not give up their Freedom.

Article II: All nations have The Rights of Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness and guve their People rights to live in peace

Article III: All Nations Muct protect The Human Rights of all Nations, even of Member Nations.

Article IV: All non Nazi and Non Fascist Nations are allowed in this allaince, even Communist Nations are allowed.

Article V: All nations in this Allaince must fight Greed, Nazism, Fascism and Imperialism in all its Forms.

Article VI: Should a Member of The Confederacy be attacked by a non Member Nation and/or Allaiance, all Nations must come to The attacked member's aid.

Article VII: Should two member Nations go to war against Each other, both Parties must meet before a meeting of all Nations in The Allaince and state their Reasons for war and try to end their war Diplomaticly, without any more blood shed.

Article VIII: if a Member of The Allaince does not want to help The allaince in a Offensive War against a Enemy, then it will send a message to all members stateing it's reason that Nation can't go to war and that Nation can help Dilomaticly end a war.

Article IX: All Nations are Free to leave the Allaince if they wish.

Article X: Should a Nation abuse it's Power in the Allaince (Abuseing Human Rights, Attacking Memeber Nations with out reason etc.) then That nation shall be brought up onto The Court of Free Nations to find the Reason and hand out Punishment of needed.
