Oceanview International Airport

Riesma
27-05-2007, 05:39
Oceanview International Airport is Riesma's first airport. Located on the northwest corner of the island, half of the building as well as its runways are located over the ocean.

This airport has proven to be a work of art - both in its scenary and its architecture. And there are 80 gates in 8 different terminals.

We are selling the gates off at $15 million per gate and in packages upto 5 gates in a single package. At this time, we are not selling more than 1 package to any single airline.

Gates 1-30: Riesma Airline
Gates 31-50: Oceana-Pacifica Airways
Gates 51-80: OPEN

HONAKON INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVEL
Happily Run By The Government

There has been a recent demand for visits to Riesma according to a customer survey. The Greater Honakon region always offers special deals to our population when new nations appear, usually cheaper than if they wanted to go on holiday to say Questers. Your nation was ranked #923 on our list of most desirable new nations, and while that may not sound very good, it's good enough for the Honako Commission for Travel and Tourism (all airlines our government run) to buy gate number #52 at Oceanview International Airport for the price of $15 million. We also hope your citizens enjoy visiting the beautiful countryside, and vibrant cities, of Greater Honakon.

Dyelliflot TM
A State owned Enterprise of the Blessed Kingdom of Dyelli Beybi.

Dyelliflot wishes to purchase the rights to gates 56 through 61 and also wishes to inquire whether these gates may be sublet to other Airlines possessing a Gate in the eventuality that Dyelliflot is not using all gates? Dyelliflot is a budget carrier with an extraordinary safety record, flying within many States of Klatch, although as of yet not outside the Klatchian continent. We feel new markets are essential for continued growth and as such Oceanview International Airport is an unparralleled opportunity.

Firehelper Airlines Trust
Run [unofficially] by the Government
The firehelper Airlines Trust is interested in acquiring gates 75-80. There has been an increase in tourism to many countries and you country is becoming increasingly popular to our people. We therefore find it nesseciary to purchase said gates for a cost of 75 million universal dollars.

To Whom it May Concern:

Barronian Airways is a hight-budget national carrier for Pan-Arab Barronia, a fact of which we are very proud.

We, as such, would like to enquire as to the possibility of purchasing gate spaces 70-74 in order to further our interests in your nation.

Furthermore, we should like to enquire as to the possibility of purchasing ramps within the airport, to allow our charter services to provide services to Oceanview International. Our charter services usually comprise of Learjets and Challengers, although we have, more recently, started to use smaller aircraft for short-distance flights, an example being the Cessna 208a and 208 Amphibious variants.
