(This thread is for those who joined in the "Elizabeth Plot" thread)

(Note-I am going to be posting in the viewpoint of a narrator or something like that)

Built in 1660, the Autumn Palace was one of Khyzeria’s well known imperial palaces. It is where the figurehead Emperor, Julian II (decided to change the name) and his family lived. A descendant of the Emperors of old, Julian II carried out the centuries old dynasty of his ancestors. It has been the site of some events, but let me introduce you to a recent event that took place in the halls……

In one of the many rooms of the Palace, while the rest of the occupants of the Palace slept soundly in their beds, a young girl dressed in a purple nightgown was reading Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales (one of her books). This young girl, well known for being a child prodigy and genius was named Elizabeth…well Princess Elizabeth to be exact.

A daughter of Julian VIII, she was only fourteen in the story being told. She was a daughter of Emperor Julian and well known for her attributes. While her siblings played or what not, Elizabeth would resign herself to reading, research, and music, to name a few. Her “private library” contained books like Don Quixote, and it contained the Lemony Snicket series as well.

“When fair April with his showers sweet,
Has pierced the drought of March to the root's feet
And bathed each vein in liquid of such power,
Its strength creates the newly springing flower
When the West Wind too, with his warm breath,
Has breathed new life - in every copse and heath -
Into each tender shoot, and the young sun
From Aries moves to Taurus on his run,
And those small birds begin their melody…”

She read from the Canterbury Tales’ Prologue with a voice that many said was calm, refined and exquisite. As she read however, plots were brewing in the rebels’ cauldron, for she would play a part in what was to be the first in a series of events. There is one thing I can tell you…something I did not say yet. Elizabeth suffered from a form of epilepsy or diabetes, something of that nature. She required treatment in the form of medicine or attention, for if she did not gain this, she would eventually pass away.

Elizabeth had a stroke recently. or something of that nature. It was during a horse ride that as she was riding, she fell off her horse and collapsed, luckily bystanders went to help her. Her family hoped she would be better and they were glad that she was some time later. However, they kept an eye on her…hoping to make sure she is ok.

But let us get back to the Princess now. Before, we saw her reading from the Canterbury Tales. She continued to read in that liked voice of hers, reading from one of the tales which the Englishman wrote centuries ago. After a while of reciting the tales of Chaucer, she decided to do other things, of which shall not be recorded, so that the other characters in our story can be introduced…….
