Riesma

Riesma City, the capital of the Kingdom of Riesma, has been reopened partially a week after the successful 10 hour coup laid down by then Chief Commanding General Jackson.
The coup was so successful, infact, that it lead to less than 50 deaths, almost all of those being the past government officials that were disposed of between 2 AM and 12 PM during the coup.
As the military continued to turn the once beautiful capital city into a fortress of sorts, the city has begun to open up, allowing foreign delegates and leaders to come in, along with business men, rather they be Riesman or not.
While ordinary civilians have yet to be allowed in or out of the city, between 10 AM and 6 PM, certain areas of the city are open for business so that those within the city limits, soon to be walls - may get food, water, and other necessary resources to survive.
The rest of the country, however, was settling down and returning to business much more rapidly, alas without schooling at this time. After all, King Jackson was ordering a complete revamping of the education system, thus students will remain out of school for roughly 8 months.
Back inside Riesma City, the entire city is also being revamped. Within six months, there will be only certain areas allowed for living - split up into six districts, one being for the ultra wealth, the others for all others. In those areas will be schools and shops, and those living within the city limits are allowed to travel outside their district four times per month - once being outside city limits and the others being to the other districts, for no longer a period than 4 days per trip. Those currently residing within the city are no longer allowed to move out.
However, in exchange for living within the city limits, these civilians are exempt from the required registration into the Riesma Armed Forces, and recieve once free meal per day in addition to what they cook or purchase on their own.
The other areas inside this city will be divided into the Embassy District, the Military Districts, and the Capital District. Any Riesman civilian caught wondering into any of these three districts are to be shot on sight.
Things are much more lax outside Riesma City. As stated previously, life is begining to return to normal for the most part. Businesses are open, people visiting family. Fishing and hunting. And the required 6 years of military training and service in the Riesma Armed Forces once you turn 16 - male and female both.
