The region of Sumguy's Allies wishes to announce that it has formed a new federation of the regional states, which will be temporarily led by Lord Sumguy. This new federation will be know as The Hegemony, and the leader, or Hegemon, will be elected by the leaders of member nations. All who wish to join The Hegemony are welcome, as are all who wish to ally. Any nation wishing to join must abide by the following rules:

The nation will engage in no war that the Hegemony deems to be unjust.
The nation will not commit genocide.
The nation will not use nuclear weapons against civilian centers except in retaliation to a nuclear attack.

failure to obey these three rules will result in a decleration of war upon the offending nation by all other members of the Hegemony.

The nation will obey the desicions of the Hegemon and Hegemony Council in matters of international affairs.

No nation will be barred from admittance to the Hegemony, likewise no nation will be exempt from expulsion.

All nations in the Hegemony will have both free trade agreements and mutual protection pacts with each other

All member nations will receive humanitarian aid from the Hegemony if deemed by the council to be in need of such aid.

The Hegemony will match any amount of aid given by a member nation.

Both Chemical and biological weapon use are banned among member nations

Each member nation is required to donate 20% of it's total defence budjet to the Hegemony for the creation and maintenance of an international military force. Excess funds will be returned to the contributing nations.

Your alliance's charter, or lack thereof, does not mention anything about Chemical or Biological weaponry. Was this intentional or a mistake of typing? Also, your Charger doesn't really go into much detail about anything such as Humanitarian Situations or Economics of the Alliance. You might want to add that type of stuff in.

The nation of NC wishes to join this alliance as long as it dosnt interfere with the SOL, we wish to cooperate much, to our eyes you seem like freinds, and we would not jeoperdise you, and if we do we will personally leave and take all blame.

Actually. I found that out because I was just curious how budgets matched up and looked up the budgets of all of your member nations and compared it to mine. Just for kicks.

Peace talks are going on in Calizorinstan San Diego between Lord Sumguy, the representing for your alliance The Hegemony, and counterparts. Lord Sumguy is negotiating on your behalf, and it does not look good for you. Well, it seems like you're about to avoid war, but you will have to pay a lot of cash and allow foreign military bases in your countries. To avoid this we're recommending you to leave The Hegemony and let this alliance die out.
