Oh and About The Khagan, The Khagan is like a Prime Minister, But works with the Emperor or Empress, in short, They are Both The Heads of State and Government. The Khagan also has Weaker Powers then The Old Grand Shoguns of The Imperial Republic Era.

The Canidates for Khagan

Rani Kagi (Hatarian Liberal Democratic Party): His Goals are to Make the Economy Stronger and Build up a Strong Military, also Plans for a Nation Wide Medicaid Plan and Helpping out all Schools and Univerisies in Hataria teach the Kids.

Ming Yamata (New Komeito Party): His proposals include reduction of the central government and bureaucracy, increased transparency in public affairs, and increased local (prefectural) autonomy with the private sector playing an increased role. With regard to Foreign Policy, He wishes to eliminate nuclear arms and armed conflict in general. In so doing, the party hopes to bring about the "dawn of a new civilization of mankind"

Yahaio Tamino (Hatarian Conservative Party): He Wants a Strong Government, Health Care for all People age 1-100, Strong Surport for the DC and UAFN and Surports Schools in all Hatarian Cities.

Gauo Remiayo (Hatarian Communist People's Party): a Moderate in The Communist Party, She wants Free Coinage of Gold and Silver, Free Health Care for all Hatarians, Free Schooling for all Hataridn Childern, a Strong Military and Strong Governmet.

Nemmai Yahshao (Imperial Republican Party): Plans for Strong Military and Starting New Colonies.

OoC: If they need to the Hatarian Conservative Party, New Komeito Party and the Hatarian Liberal Democratic Party can form a coaltition, they're all pretty moderate, slightly Conservative parties with enough humanitarianism and economic policy to bind them together.

Communist Hataria beats Imperialist Hataria, even if only because the former prevents Hataria's destruction.
