OOC: Greal news reports that a nuke went off in the Greal city of Lexer, (pop. 650,000) The miltary reports that tens of thousands are dead and a nuke was missing from a nuke base a few weeks ago.The nuke went off in a hotel in the middle of the city. Pictures taken by planes show that 80% of the city was destoryed.



A few hours ago, a rebel group called The Red Barons's spokesman said that the nuke was set off by them and they wanted to topple the goverment of Greal and put a democratic goverment.



All nations please, send doctors that are trained for this kind of explosion. If nations also want to send miltay forces too, that would be great.

We have already dispatched numerous radiological Doctors, supplies, and 5,000 troops to aid in relief and security. We hope that your nation will recover from this attack on your nation. The camber of representatives of Minerias have approved the shipment of 200 specialists and doctors, 300 firemen, 350 humanitarian voluntiers, and 50 search and rescue teams, the millitary has approved the shipment of the 38th infantry platoon in order to ensure the safety of our nationals. We are assembling the shipment as we speak and it is schedualed to arrive at your shores at 1800 hrs today in the fleet carrier "HMS 28th of November." Along with the personnel we will send the necesary medical supplies and 100,000 rations of food and clothing to give out. Finnally we ask you to allow us to set a campsite near the shore to set up our operations under the fire range of the "28th of November." Again we express our condolances and hope you manage to get to a peacefull arrangement with your people.

Also, since Greal is facing and increasing rebel threat, we are sending a 20 merchant and passenger vessles to evacuate civillians (max civillians for all ships together:30000) if nessesary into our country for a short time.

In understanding of the grievous sittuation and the time restrictions i have forwarded this message to advise you that the 13th Fleet has been diverted to Greal. We would ask for the immediate establishment of Liason between your military commanders and ours to avoid any unfortunate incidents as our forces near your island.

Medical personal, naval engineers, power generation capacity and emergency relief materials will be made available to you upon the arrival of the main naval task force. With your permission the 1st Marine Division and 3rd Independant Brigade - Heavy Urban Specialists will be deployed by the task force to provide protection for both our commited relief resources and those we seek to aid.

The naval force is estimated to be several days distant as yet. In the Interim we seek permission for the 1st Airborne Division of the Presidential guard to be deployed to establish and secure a base of opperations and establish an airstrip and landing site within easy reach of the disaster area.

We wish to enquire as to the motivation and ideology of the rebel threat so as we can better assess the strategies that may be merrited in the restoration of order.
