Thunder And Fire

Ladies and Gentleman,
As you might have heard of, our economy in the Kingdom of Thunder And Fire is just starting up. The Prime Minister now invited me, Thomas Dean, professor of economics, to help him boost our country's economy. My first analysis came to the point that our IT-infrastructure is quite out of the medieval, and by that, the main fact that slows economic growth down.
As we don't have enough IT-experts to solve this problem, we are now asking the international community for a little help. Of course, the experts you will be sending, will recieve a diplomatic status by the President, and will not be charged any taxes. They will be paid double the average income they would recieve in their home country and have the option to leave our country after the project or stay here.
About the qualification our guests are about to need, a friend of mine, who is a professor of information technology at my university in our nation's capital, is going to decide. For the first, just post here whatever you have to offer.
Thank you in the name of our great nation.
Thomas Dean, professor of economics, in agency of Glen Shirley, Prime Minister
