Welcome to Humanity Inc.,
We are a mercenary-based corporation founded upon the ideas that not all nation-states are capable of paying for a full-time professional force, capable of combating rebels on a constant basis. Many times such government collapse and anarchy ensues do to a lack of financial ability. Humanity Incorporated is the solution to your problems. We do not take into account foreign policy, political ideaology, government form, or any sort of civil/human rights records. Though in return, we do not hold loyalty to any government we work for and we acknowledge that once our contract and/or goals of contract we completed, we will pull out immediately. Humanity Incorporated is not interested in fighting in grand alliances with 'hopes of liberty and freedom for all' as our only pay -- we are mercenaries and our job is war.
There are various rules and regulations that Humanity Incorporated has implemented, and any potential employers must take these into account before requesting our services:
1.) Humanity Incorporated is not legally, morally, or in any way responsible for the deaths of non-combatants on either side of a conflict, or mission, or contract of any kind. All responsibility is taken by the government employing Humanity Incorporated, and must promise to take all consquences that may come.
2.) Humanity Incorporated recruits soldiers from all walks of life, and with all different codes of honor and morality. Humanity Incorporated hereby warns all potential employers that our troops do not respect religious, political, moral, or cultural beliefs, customs, or traditions. If this will be a major factor, Humanity Incorporated MUST be forewarned. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in either immediate contract termination, plus Humanity Incorporated will levy heavy fines.
3.) Humanity Incorporated is not responsible for collateral damage. Any damage done to contractor's nation, or an 'enemy' nation, or a neutral third party of any caliber -- is the sole responsiblity of the contractor party, not Humanity Incorporated.
4.) Humanity Incorporated is not a nation and therefore is not a signatory to any international agreements, such as the Geneva Convention, and therefore does not promise to abide by these laws and treaties unless specifically asked to in a contract.
5.) Humanity Incorporated reaffirms its right to not serve any customer for any reason at any given time, outside of a contract of coarse (unless legal reasons demand it).
6.) Humanity Incorporated hereby warns any potential employers that should Humanity Inc participate in any contract, and the employer does not hold up his/her end of the agreement -- Humanity Incorporated reserves the right to sieze employer assests to compensate Humanity Inc.
Humanity Incorporated hereby notifies all potential employers that these policies are subject to change at any given time, without any notification.
