Official Diplomatic Correspondence
TO: The Sovereign State of New Tacoma
FROM: The Free and Independent Theocratic State of Greater Tibet
I would like to extend a hand of friendship to your honorable nation. Like your own country, Greater Tibet has recently entered the international stage. We are newly independent, yet suffer from a crippling economy. I wish to establish a trade relationship with your people so that I may rebuild my once great country. Unfortunately, due to the current situation in our capital of Lhasa, which is the aforementioned economic crisis, we are unable to accomodate the construction of embassies. Perhaps at a later time. Right now, I am concerned with acquiring military equipment for our coalition of militias, led by my personal army; the Army of the Thunder Dragons. In return, we can allow you to establish uranium mining operations in Tibet, as well as copper, gold, chromite, tin, coal, a little petroleum and natural gas, and other resources.
Signed,
Deb Nagpo, King of the Greater Tibetans
