The news reader announced in dulcet tones as if to signal an ominous event.

"Tonight, We make a stand against the tyrrany of our neigbhouring state, Zenka. As i speak the nations air force is preparing for the first wave of preparatory strikes on Zenka's defences."

Premiere Jones said as he stood defiant at the state emergency summit.

"Zenka has bullied all our nations for too long, Forcing us to sign UN resolutions that frankly are against this great nations ideology, we must make a stand for our independence, i call on the nations within the region of Hermia to stand united along side us! Trade sanctions and diplomacy would not work as the nation in questions buerocrats would simply destroy our growing nations economy!"

He clears his throat and takes a sip of his water, slightly trembeling as it he has just realized what he has just done

"This is my official announcment, War has been delcared on Zenka!"

The news speaker's voice comes on in the background as the silence ensues

"It is offical, Loremo is now at war with Zenka. That is all for tonight, stay tuned for all the days developments. Loremo National TV"

Official Viticoma Statement of Support

The nation of Viticoma supports the nation of Loremo in it attack of Zenka. After much deliberation it has found that the nation of Zenka is guilty of international Blackmail and possible national border breaches. As such the nation of viticoma has agreed to aid Loremo in this fight and will do so ever step of the way

The first wave of strike attacks against Zenka where being prepared in the early hours, Senior Air Commadore Vytes gave the first mission breifing:

"Tonight, You shall strike at the first line of defences, The radar towers, air fields, runways. Under no circumstance attack civilians. Each flight group will be designated a target which will be uploaded into your GPS systems. If the enemy mobilises fighters engage immediatly. Good Hunting"

The pilots left for the hangers, 4 Flight groups consisting of 3 medium fighter/bombers with a payload of 2 laser guided bombs and 4 air-air rockets.

"Flight Leader Thompson requesting permission to take off"

The battle has begun..

"I think that nuclear power is the way forwards, Johnson, could you get some quotes on the new power station from contractors, and bring them to the next ministerial meeting?"

"Of course, Mr President." The secretary took note of the decision, and announced the next item on the agenda.

"Loremo? Well, all I can say right now, since I am against throwing my troops into international police work, is to compile a report on the conflict as soon as possible. I will act when this report has been shown to me." The secretary noted this down again.

Leon Porvelo, one of the ministers, stood up and walked to the door to talk to one of his men inside the Secretariat, the do-ers of the government system in Aleard. What was ordered was done, unless constitution intervened.

"Mr President, the report you asked to be compiled has been returned from the Secretariat."

"Ok, let me see." Porvelo handed over the file and President Thomson thumbed through it. He landed on the page entitled 'comparitive strengths'. "This country is facing a huge tyrant, so this report would let me see it."

"Yes sir, they have been pushed to their limits. Their government tends to be cool-headed from what we know. But when you push a man to far, he snaps."

"I shall take it from here, can you send my secretary in, please? I want a message sent off."

"Yes sir." Porvelo walked out of the Presidential office, and sent the secretary in.

"Ah, Caitlin, could you please send this message to the leader of Loremo?" The President finished scribbling down the rough message, and handed it over.

"Anything else?"

"No, thats it thank you." Caitlin turned around to walk out.
