Today, the Royal Republic of Fornelia announced that it has begun a search to find a company willing to build up the infrastructure of the Republic's new Los Camacas colony. The government has announced that upon respondance to its call, prospective companies will be given more information. The currently released information states that some goals for the colonies are to have a connected and reliable mass transit system, to have a system of factories and refineries capable of taking the inherent resources from the Deadlands and recycling them for use, and to have large residential areas to attract colonists.

We have extensive experience in the construction of the fields you have mentioned, both due to our work on the Vetalian naval facility near Kubra and our ongoing involvement in the reconstruction of Hataria. Both of these projects have given us valuable experience in large-scale construction work, especially industrial and residential construction, and we would be well suited to the kind of work you have described for your colony.

After the Civil War and our hostile takeover of Sierra Visions Inc. we rebuilt nearly all of Leafanistan. We have extensive resource contracts with dozens of nations, ensuring cheap resources and a steady supply of labor from impoverished regions.

For your mass transit system we can easily build an extensive subway system, a commuter rail, buses, trams, and if necessary a long range MagLev train. We can also build a small regional airport for long range transport, manned by small commuter jets.
