Official Statement from Saint Benard I, Monarch of The Kingdom of SaintB lodged at 3:16 pm on May 16th of our current year.

The Kingdom of SaintB has recently begun increasing defence spending and improving our military technology to a new level for the 21st century. Our researchers have been working around the clock developing new technologies such as the Shardstorm AA missile which we hope will eventually be a surface to air missile with sub orbital capabilities; we have ventured to partner with Axe and Hammer Industries and the nation of Firehelper to continue the research and developement of this potent weapon.

Our technological advancements continue to grow and we are seeking a private contractor to fullfill an exclusive contract to produce the new Ares III assault rifle as our own production facilities are inadaquate to meet the demands of our nation's defence. The contract will be an exclusive contract allowing production rights to the company at no cost but under the strict clause that the manufacturer produce the Ares III exclusively for the use of the Kingdom of SaintB for the next 5 years; after wich the company may begin marketing the product to foriegn interests.
Interested companies please respond in a timely manner; the contract will be written up and shown to all contracters who will then place a sealed bid on the price of the contract on a per year basis.
