La Confédération Galliquesque vous invite à l'établissement de la nouvelle Communauté Francophone [CF] - la première (que j'ai trouvé) dans NS. Cette communauté servira comme une alliance économique et sociale, pour mettre tous les pays francophones [ou lesquels alliés aux pays non-parlants] ensemble et discuter les affaires du monde NS. En ce moment, on n'a pas beaucoup de faire, mais j'espère que quelques pays seront intéressés.

The Confederacy of Gallique invites you to the foundation of the new Francophone Community - the first [that I've seen] on NS. This community will serve as an economic and social alliance, to bring together the French-speaking countries [or those allied with French-speaking countries] and to discuss policies in the NS world as a community. At the moment, we don't have much to do, but I hope that that will change with more people.

C'est une idée intéressante. Qu'est-ce qui est impliqué si on devient partie de la communauté?

Je veux établir une communauté économique et sociale pour les pays francophones - pour créer un nouveau bloc pour les français et les francophones. Je crois que le monde francophone doit se reconnaître et cultiver des relations plus aimables – pour que l’on puisse former une culture française dans le monde NS. Cette culture déjà existe, mais elle n’est pas bien formée. C’est seulement des idées; je veux prendre des autre idées.

While the Democratic Colonies is an English speaking nation by tradition and practicality, we have nonetheless enjoyed a long and understanding friendship with the French speaking peoples of the world.

On behalf of my government and my people, I wish the Francophone Community the very best in their endeavors, and hope that success is met at every juncture.

On behalf of the Confederacy of Gallique, we are currently look to make this endeavour a great sweep for the Francophone community in general. We appreciate your support for our success, although it may seem that lack of interest makes this difficult.

Well I'd be interested, I don't know too much of the language, but I am in French I. I figure this could only help improve my understanding, so I'd be willing to join.

As for the in-character aspect of it, Corbournne's second language is French, so, yeah.
