After the peaceful exchange of power Londim was making waves in domestic policy. Many had gained more freedoms since The Four regained power. Gay marriage was now legal and the military was open to anyone over the age of 18 and medically fit.
However The Fourdom needed to make new international ties. Ties that would remain strong and beneficial. Ties that meant something. The Four had gathered in The Chamber to send messages to the world outside.

Greetings Nations of the World,
Londim has seen many changes in its recent history but now The Fourdom has returned after being away for 100 years. The history of Londim is complex but in brief The Four were the people who brought the warring tribes together to create Londim. For 4 centuries the Rule of The Four was in place until last century The Overthrow of The Four happened after outside influences paid people to get rid of them. This led to the people being oppressed but now we are back. It has been tradition for the children of the Four take on their respective names to keep the Original Fours spirit alive.
We The Four invite all nations to open diplomatic ties with us to create stong ties that will be beneficial to all who take part. We also invite any delegates of interested nations to The Fourdom to conduct talks for trade. We hope for a prosperous future with you all.

1. trade of goods without taxes (including tariffs) or other trade barriers (e.g., quotas on imports or subsidies for producers).
2.Free Movement of labor between and within our countries
3.The absence of trade-distorting policies (such as taxes, subsidies, regulations or laws) that give some firms, households or factors of production an advantage over others
4.The free movement of capital between and within countries

You may have, in addition to your Ambassador, a staff of up to fifty personnel and a security team of up to twenty-five. You may arm them with whatever is traditional in your country ( short of heavy artillery and WMD, of course).

We, The Four, accept your invitation to construct an embassy within your esteemed land. In response we offer you an Ambassador Palace within Resa City, our capital. The site itself would be 15 acres and your ambassador will be permitted 60 staff and 30 military personnel who can be armed with weapons which do not exceed automatic status.
