Today the Mayor of Applechin stated the dam that is right next to the town might wipe out the town.The dam which was built by the Labour Government which was poorly funded and poorly done.The Mayor stated that about 789,000 people are at risk if the dam isn't fixed in time.Prime Minister Tom Howard stated about 200 million workers are needed in which the United Kingdom2 doesn't have that much.The town which is over 345 years old is now at risk for anything.The dam which provides 345 million people across London and even Wales might need to be knocked down which would cause even more damages.Prime Minister Howard has stated it will cost 23.6 billion pounds to fix.He also stated that if any nations can send workers to help re-fix this dam.

The Morvonian Government, would like to pledge support. If you accept, we can send military engineers to help fix the damn, as well as set up shelters away from the crisis area to pervent loss of life.

We hope our offer is well accepted, as we know governments are not exactly happy with letting outside militarys in.

The Imperial Kingdom would be willing to send over 1 million workers and tons of construction materials and equipment to aid in the salvation of the city and its inhabitants

I have asked the Prime Minister and his cabinet to allow this and they have agreed.I hope we can fix this with out any costing any lives.

SLBC Newscaster: Word has it that a dam in the United Kingdom may give any socond and already the able bodied yet poor in South Lizasauria rush to volunteer. Here are some now. Excuse me, what do you have to say about this incident?

Worker: I used to be a construction worker along with many other poor workers but we lost our jobs once we were no longer in demand, to make sure we're not paid for jus' sitin around see? We're willing to help provided the price is right.

The Kingdom of Osteia will send the 22nd combat engineer battaltion to assist fixing the dam. Acompanying them will be two of the nations most knowlageable architect's at your disposal, upon confirmation they will be transfered by CH-17 Globemasters to your nation. It is quite clear the 1,100 military personell will not be enough, many civilans wishing to help and make some money will also be sent by military transport, all are skilled.

OOC: Osteian battlation is roughly 1,100 men....also i am sending 10,000 civilans..

A knock on the door disturbed the sound of the fan. It was a hot summers day and the air conditioning unit blew. A new one was not expected till friday....a rainy day was the forcast.

On days like this, reports had to be filed and finished. Another knock.

Tab droped his pen, slumped in his chair with a sigh, he told whoever it was knocking to come in already while he wiped sweat off his forehead. His second in command, a Captain Forebright came in, holding a newspaper and a white paper.

Before Forebright could talk, Tab got up and inturrupted him, "Now if you got a message from command, tell them these aquisition forms will be done as soon as possible. Fucking heat eh?" He got up to his cabinate, "Cigar?"

"No thank you sir, trying to quit the smoking sir, for the baby on the way...no sir we have not named him yet." He knew the question comming up. Tab put the cigar out the window right away and apologized. "Well at least you know its a boy....now back to bussiness."

He thought for a second, the captain the remembered. "Oh...yes." He gave him the paper with the headline.

DAM ABOUT TO BURST.

"Looks like we have to get ready to move sir."

He looked at the white paper, orders from the office.

"Well Captain, get the men ready."


The Plan for "Operation Waterfall" was to first set up shelters for the population, so units for that job would go in first, then the 3rd would go in and help They sould arrive by the 2nd to 3rd day with heavy equipment.

The 11th Emergency Medical Response Hospital, was already on its way to set up operations and would arrive the next day.

OOC: suggest one of us set up a base of operations to bring everyone together.

We will assist with this emergency situation if your nation so desires. Task Force B14 can be dispatched at 24 hrs notice, first units would arrive by air within 7 hours. It is possible for us to send a naval task force also if desired to assist with the continued construction of the dam project once the emergency is resolved.

Major Barnes and 4,000 british soldiers had arrived to to help the people out of the town.The dam looked like it was going burst open right now.Barnes ordered for the soldiers to get ready.Hell would break losse.
