Look for European Union Anthem,thats the European Parliament Anthem.

The flag for the European Parliament waved though the air.The Representatives of the Parliament entered into the big doors to join the rest who would create laws to help provide safter to all ther citizens.The Secretary General ,Sir Tyler Singh followed after the representatives to there seats.After this week they would have a President to help them.Sir Tyler Singh ordered the house to be quiet as he welcomed everyone to the first meeting of the European Parliament.The European Parliament was in Cardiff,Wales which was protected by guards everyday to make sure everyone was protected.Sir Tyler Singh ended his speech by saying,"It's now time for us to start our debates".The representatives started clapping and thhe debates started.

The Calizorinstani Repersenitive John Macked sat down in his assigned chair, here at last he could explain and debate to people, he had been doing this in the Calizorinstani Parliment, but now he was among global repersinitves.

Sir Tyler Singh sat down at his sit as the Secretary General of the Parliament.Today the election of the President of the European Parliament.He read out loud of the names of the representatives,"Representative John Macked,Representative Vassili Petrov,Representative Jason McDougal,
Representative Ivan McMillin,Representative George Hanks,Representative Ségolène Royal and Representative Didier Rousseau please stand up.The Representatives stood up and ready."All the other Representatives call out you vote for President now".Tyler waited for the answers.

Representive Linda Chang spoke up first:

"George Hanks" she said.

"Ivan McMillin looked at her in anger, she had promised she would vote for him, why didn't she? They were from the same Nation. This was a huge blow to his ego.

"Representive Linda Chang your vote is noted". Secretary General Singh could see Representative Ivan McMillin getting mad.He quickly yelled his name,"Representative Ivan McMillin calm yourself now!!,I will not have a person who has temper in my Parliament house!!".The Secretary General waited for more answers.

"I... I apologize mr. Secretary General... I was just thinking of... a.. news report I read earlier." Ivan said creating an excuse.

"Representative Ivan McMillin do not give me excuses,I will have you kicked out of this Parliament House!!,Do you understand!".The Secretary General pointed to the Parliament Guard who was ready to kick Ivan McMillin out.The Secretary General waited for more votes.

Ivan McMillin shut his mouth and looked around, he glanced over at Linda Chang, she was busy writing in her notebook. She was always doing that. As Ivan watched her he felt his anger ebb away. It was hard to stay mad at Linda. She was so smart and beautiful. He would forgive her after the meeting. Even if she didn't intend to apologize.

Secretary General Singh wrote down his vote and gave it to a Parliament page.Emily Song stood up and called out her vote,"Ségolène Royal". Secretary General Singh nodded and answered her back,"Representive Emily Song your vote is noted".

The two other Greston Reps were speaking among them selves during the conflict, " Do you you think we should vote for George?" "No he will act like he is more important then us." "naaa. that's not like him" "Say that after you have spent half your life with him" "Okay what ever you say, I just know who i'm voting for. George Hanks!" "I know you would do that, I want to vote for Ivan MicMillin!" The secratary General looked up at the 2 Greston Reps. While waiting for what the answer would be George thanked Linda Chang for her vote, "thank you ma'm that will help me alot, I am sorry if your friend is mad you shouldn't hold a grudge for some thing as stupid as that."

Secretary General Singh nodded two both Representives."your votes are now noted".

Upon hearing his name Ivan gave the representitive who had voted for him a slight nod of thanks... though he was unsure weather the Representitive had noticed.

The two Calizorinstani Rep's said "We vote for John Macked to be president."

"Both votes are noted".Singh drank some water and waited for more votes.

Sir Singh saw the whole house was fulled with Reps.He wanted for more votes for the President Office.

George while twiddeling with a was thought to him =self why nobody would vote. He just wanted to see the out come. Maybe they are just shy he thought to himself. He then looked down at his watch. Wow it's 4:30 already maybe we should end soon. He right then wasn't listening to the voting he was thinking of the Atlantis X woman he fell in love with during a visit there. Maybe I will go back

Mr.Singh could see it was allready late.He shouted out loud across the parliament floor."Parliament is now closed,please come back to tomorrow".Mr.Singh got his stuff ready and started walking towards the Parliament doors.

Justin picked up his books and supplies and walked over the Secratary General. " Um, Sir, um I was wondering if I could have a partner it would be a forth rep for Greston but that can't hurt. Can it? Aside from that when do we start debating?" Justin waited fro his reply but got no answer, "Soooo,?"

John Macked got up and walked to the Parliment doors, heading to the UK2 embassy for Calizorinstan to get some rest.

"I guess so".The Secretary General started walking towards the doors.

OOC: Damn I've missed ALOT! But well we are choosing the President, if we are, here's my post.

Socialist States Union Rep Vassili Petrov got up his chair, got the vote from his desk and shouted. "Ségolène Royal Everybody!Almost President of France, I think she can handle the Parliament. French, hear me! You don't know what you missed!"

John Macked whirled aroud and walked up to Petrov, and said "When have the French won a war, none, I count, they've lost so many times, they can't count! They have surrendered countless times, and they have average politcitan's. THat' why I don't vote French, no harm done Petrov, I am explaining why I and my friend Bob Atwood voted for me rather then her." He stalked off towards the door quickly with his book's underneath his arm.

Ségolène Royal waved at Vassili Petrov and thanked him.She got up and got her things for the next day.She hoped she would win the President seat of the Parliament.

Petrov got close to Macked's face. "All French Politicians were men. Women can make a difference."

OOC: After voting what do we do?

OOC:After we elect the new President we start creating and debating laws and foreign affairs or other things.

OOC: Everyone please post their votes quickly, aren't all votes in?

Petrov grabbed his hand and looked him seriously. "Don't worry Macked, it's been a long day. Maybe someday we could go and have a chat about our diplomatic relations? What do you say, Oh! and sorry for not voting for you. Royal's got the talent to be President. And why do you think you were chosen as Parliament's Representative? You have to have a great flair for this." Petrov walked through the doors and gathered wit his escorts.

Ségolène heard them talking about her.She just stared at them and walked away.

John smiled weakly and said "Petrov, I know why I was chosen, I'll tell you this, for you look like you could be trusted. Petrov looked surprised. "Mmmm, are you really sent here for spying or what?" Petrov looked at Royal, she was trying to hear their conversation so they stepped away. "Maybe we could arrange something tonight."

John looked at him and shook his head "I've long retired since from my Special Op's days 20 years infact, I wasn't sent here to spy, but to serve and repersent my country, I think we could get something together tonight."

The Parliament Guard make sure no one was in the Parliament seats room.He then closed the doors and headed out into thye hallways where most of the Reps were talking.

Representative Eve Sabrette stood up, with co-representatives, Andrew D. Villette and Peter Sandriano sitting next to her. "The Cookeslandic Delegation would like to cast it's vote for EP President in favor of Representative Ségolène Royal."

Didier Rousseau could see the contest was already over before he had, or anyone had been given the chance to put forward there goals and aims as President - he felt as if maybe some of the reps here had already decided on who to vote for before they arrived. He remained quiet, not casting a vote, just watching as it all unfolded.

Representative Eve Sabrette stood up, with co-representatives, Andrew D. Villette and Peter Sandriano sitting next to her. "The Cookeslandic Delegation would like to cast it's vote for EP President in favor of Representative Ségolène Royal."

Ségolène thanked Eve Sabrette,Andrew Villette and Peter Sandriano when they walked out the Parliament seat room.She started talking about her plans for EP and she hoped they supported her.

John walked over to Segolene Royal and said "Pleased to meet you Ms.Royal, I am truly happy about your running for president, I would have voted for you fully, except my duty to my country, to vote for myself, so please, take this as a half vote for you, since I can't without my country going up in a uproar."

"Thank you very much John.I accept your half vote".Ségolène drank another glass of water and continued talking.

As Petrov saw that Macked talked to Royal he decided to go with her and talk. "Ms. Royal, you got the talent for this. Hope you win these elections, just so you know I voted for you." Petrov shook her hand and walked away.

Col.John Macked said to Petrov as they walked out of the Parliment, "My friend, who's the Head of the Navy, just told me that some of our worker's in Hatariaolplois, the Hatarian captial, have been attacked by Hatrian bandit's, but our worker's are armed so they quickly dispatched them. I say, what's a good place to eat around here anyway?"

Petrov look astonished. "Those are surprising news my friend. But of Hataria? What does it have to do with us?" Petrov looked around. "Maybe we could ask a guard or something?"

John Macked smiled and said "It's nothing to do with us, I just thought it an interesting tidbit of world news, now, maybe there's a steakhouse down the street I see."

Ivan was angry. The Secretary General just walked past that argument over the french woman, and french politics. He had mearly looked mad and gotten yelled at for it. However they were arguing in plain sight. Sure the parliment was closed but that was no excuse.

Parliament was opened a again for the next day.The guard opened the doors to the Parliament seats room.The Reps walked in one by one for the next and last day to vote for the EP President.The Secretary General sat down at his desk and waited for quiet.He asked everyone to please cast there votes now or they don't vote.He waited for the votes to come in.

Ivan stood there staring at the Secretary General. He wasn't sure they liked one another.

Then Ivan glanced at Linda Chang. She was writing in her notebook as usual. It was oddly quiet for a parliment building, Ivan thought.

Singh saw Ivan staring at him."Do you have anything to stare at!,sit down now!".Singh didn't know why but Ivan just gave off a bad mood to him.Singh then started writing down something.He would tell the whole Parliament when everyone sat down.

Ivan heard the SG yelling at him again. Why did that man hate him so much?
Ivan took his seat feeling a bit downtrodden. He had done nothing wrong he merely stared at someone for a few minutes. What's so wrong with that?

Ivan noticed the SG writting somthing.
{Probably planning somthing to yell at me about} Ivan thought with a gloomy smile.

The Secretary General got up and started talking,"The elections will last until the next hour,Please right now Vote!!".The Secretary General waited again.

Ivan raised a hand...

"Do the candidates get a vote?" He asked.

"Yes the candidates did get votes.Who can tell me who got the most votes please".

Didier Rousseau thought this whole process as a joke. They had a strangely short tempered Secretary General, Sir Tyler Singh, and he knew nothing about any of the canditates. He stood up and spoke:

"I suggest Mr. Singh that you do not rush the Parliment to make hasty choices - and personally, I believe that all canditates should present a short speech as to why people should vote for them - I know little about the people running, and yet it seems the election is already over. I am most dissapointed."

"Finally someone who I can agree with. I second that motion!" Ivan said.

"Mr.Rousseau you had all the time to do so but you didn't.The Secretary General drank some water to calm him down.

Ms.Royal stood up and started to speak,"I agree with this motion,and Mr.Singh lose the short temper now.We are all working together here".

Petrov got up his chair, it had been a rough night. His brother was just killed in the Payalian Ship Colomba taking the ship back to its docks. "People! Let's calm down, in here we come to make peace in our loved countries! Let's just calm down!" Petrov looked at the Secretary General and said. "I guess you already have my vote right?"

"Mr.Rousseau you had all the time to do so but you didn't.The Secretary General drank some water to calm him down.

Rousseau was growing annoyed with The Secretary General now.

"All the time in the world? The meeting yesterday was stopped barely after I had arrived, and I was not late - you seem too desperate to haul in votes to actually consider the people who may wish to stand, and their viewpoints. Royal may win, but both she and the rest of the canditates should get a chance to vote in a fair enviroment, maybe then they will do it to your fast demands. I think the voting should be restarted, and everyone who wishes to apply for President of the EP can state why now, and how they can improve the Parliment. This state of procedure should be fast, we merely need a majority vote, and then we can move on to the more important issues."

"No I will not allow this at all Mr.Rousseau".The Secretary General sat down and waited.Ms.Royal started talking,"Maybe we should have elections for the Secretary General,we should create a bill for this".I don't think we should have restart for President elections because we have allready wasted more time and we really need to start debating and creating bills".

Rod Delamont watched the procedings quietly. It was his style to watch first then act after. He saw one person that caught his eye immediatly. The Sith Clan respresentitive. The Empress had given him a big speach before he came and she specially mentioned to say high. Rod quietly sat as the memebrs of the new alliance already bickered over small matters. This is why we were never part of a democracy before. He thought. No action, just endless debates.

Ségolène had enough.She sat down since no one in this Parliament House would listen to her ideas.While she waited she talked with her friend Emily Song about all the fighting in the Parliament.She had made a speech on why she wanted to become President but no one wanted to listen,so she just sat there.

George stood up out of his chair the chair flew backwards into the men behind them and he said yelling so every one could hear, " Be quite! This is a meeting of respected officails! Not screaming war pigs! Now just get over it! One day I've been here and there has been more yelling and arguing the those fake wresling matches! Get ahold of ya selfs!Now on a calm note since the Reps running for President can vote I would like to vote for myself. I believe that is three now for me, am I right Secratary General. Thank You Gents." The secratary general looked at George as if he wanted soming thing more, " Oh! Yes the speech! Well if you will cast your votes for me I promise there will be order and the meetings will be better organized. I have a long agenda of things that need to be done, and first and for most on that list is slavery. I saw a slave store front yesterday and the sad part of that is that some one umong us participated in that. And overall I will not be as strict, and I will get an specail embassy built meant for just the Reps so you won't have to drive 20 miles to your embassy. Thank you for ye time." He said the last sentence while bowing to the Secratary General and the Reps. He then put his hat on and sat back down in his. to take a sip of water.

John stood up and yelled at George "Don't you dare accuse me of participating in setting up the slave store, if anything you! I have nothing to say but get out! You are loony! In my 10 years of politics and military experience, I have never seen a buffoon like this Rep of Greston!' John pointed at him with his finger and said "See, this is a prime example of how politics twist men to a sorry state like seen here!, and on a softer note, (his voice dropped to normal) I am voting for myself, for I am honorbound by my country to vote for myself, though personelly I would vote for Ms.Royal."

"People, people. Calm down, I was merely conversing with Mr. Singh about the fact that these meetings have been poorly run so far, but if he feels the so called elections for President are valid, something which I again wish to say I want to be recounted, then I suppose all candidates must sell themselves to be the new Sectary General." Rousseau felt as if he was doing the job already, it seemed he was the only one who could argue his point normally, without shouting across the room. John said sadly "I am sorry too, I didn't mean to snap at you, I didn't get a decent sleep last night, I wasn't meaning to do that you know, it's just after being in the Marine Corps, that wasn't too uncommon I'm afraid. I'm sorry George." He shook George's hand and sat down.

Ivan Glanced over at Linda

"This is getting kinda outta hand, don't ya think?" He asked.

"Oh, yes it certainly is. It's that Secretary Generals fault. We should suggest his removal." Linda replied glaring around.

Justin couldn't help but over hear and butted into their conversation, " Dear Lord thats for sure if I was in one of those stupid little fights he keeps starting I'd kill my self." Meanwhile George his emotions turning from sad to happy and he thought if he should apoligize him self or just accept the apoligy, he decided the second one, " Thank you John maybe we can speak after this meeting of choas over a steak and beer."

Ivan looked up at the mention of food.... he was starved.

"Yeah I don't think the Secretary General likes me much..." He whisperd to Justin.

John smiled and sat down, and thought that the Secretary General, wasn't the best man he had ever met.

"With the sectaries removal imminent and supported by what looks like will be the new President, Royal, I suggest all nation voice there support for a candidate - that is not themselves. This bickering has gone on too long, and we need some order - the people standing so far and who have put their cases forward are:

John Macked stood up and said "If you vote for me, I'll make sure that the meeting's go orderly, and without any confusion, and I'll make sure that it start's and end's on time. I'll be less biased towards issues, and I'll make sure that everyone understands them, that's what I promise if you vote for me."
He sat down.

Ségolène had enough of this."Everyone shut there mouthes now!!".Ségolène got up and started talking,"Mr.Singh it's now time for elections for your office so shut you mouth and listen!!"."As President of The European Parliament it is now time to put order back into this Parliament House,Mr.Singh you are removed from your office until we hold elections for the Secretary General".Ségolène then started drinking some water,"If anyone wants to be Vice President please send a letter to me and write down a good answer".Ségolène sat down and waited.

President Royal took her set as the President of the European Parliament.She then started talking,"My fellow Reps,I need a Vice President,If you want this job please send a letter to me which is 500 words on why you want this job".Royal sat down and had a drink of water.

Ivan whisperd to Linda,
"I'm not taking Vice, it's president or nothing." He sat down and glanced around. Things were quiter without the Secretary General.
