The Independant State of Serbia was formed as a result of the wars in the 21st Century. The Serbian army staged a coup to keep Serbia from becoming involved in more than it could handle, and armed themselves to the teeth with whatever weaponry they could find. The Serbian Army and the Serbian National Party cracked down brutally on opposition and rules the nation with an iron fist.
