DOMINICATH EMPIRE OUTLAWS RELIGION
http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/615/617akaiserlichemarinewajy4.jpg

Yesterday at 9:00 AM, Emperor Karius Vanderthoth of the Dominicath Empire, deployed hundred of troops into his own homeland to imprison any, "undesirables". These undesirables consist mainly of religious citizens. Churches all across the vast urban regions of Dominicath were burned to the ground, and all of it's occupants sent to concentration camps. Entire families were arrested in their own homes for believing in a higher power.

Within four hours, half of the religious population of Dominicath were in concentration camps. The Dominicath military are still searching for the other half.

Emperor Karius has blockaded the island nation with his naval forces, allowing only imports and exports to enter and leave. Karius explained to a mass audience that had gathered outside the council's building that followers of religion would do whatever their beliefs would want them to, including kill, steal, and even rebel. Karius wants all of his citizens to be one-hundred percent loyal, even if it means arresting them for what they believe.

The Dominicath government consists of two councils; the council of Citizens, and the council of Commanders. Any and all decisions involving foreign affairs are made by the Council of Commanders. If the majority of the council approves of an action involving foreign affairs, then the Emperor will be asked for his opinion. If the Emperor approves, the action will go into effect. Any actions involving Dominicath itself involve all councils. First, the action must be proposed by the Council of Citizens, a council that consists of randomly chosen citizens of Dominicath. If the majority of the council approves, it will be taken to the Council of Commanders. If the council approves, it will be taken to the Emperor. If the Emperor approves, the action will take place. The Emperor may, at any time, propose an action that will automatically take place, be it foreign or in the homeland.

Some people have criticized this form of government, comparing it to martial law. Indeed, the Dominicath military is the police force. Emperor Karius has dismissed all these accusations, claiming that those who compare it to martial law are just trying to gain favor for another cause.

It is unknown what will happen to the people inside the concentration camps. All that is known is that more camps are under construction due to overcrowding. We'll bring you more on this situation as it unfolds.

FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
MR LARRY WILLIAMS
The Mass Murder of these people can be avoided. If you allow us to send in some transportation naval vessels as well as some air craft, we will take these people that you consider 'Undesirables' out of your nation, and not to anything harmful to your government. We need to know how many total you have captured, and how many you believe are within your nation so we can calculate the exact amount of vessels we will need to evacutate these people from your shores.

Although, if you decide to 'Exterminate' these people, we will have to enact ecnomic sactions and deploy the 3rd HAVOC Naval Fleet to ensure that you do not force your beliefs upon any free nation of the world.

'We Stand Alone!'
http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g18/HeavensKnights/JagiteSeal.gif

This act of religious intolerance shall not go unnoticed or uninterrupted by the Monotheistic Republic. It is this Republic's duty to defend religious peoples across the World, and a duty that we willingly take and enact with righteous militancy. Though we are peaceful in nature and shall permit you one chance to either end this abonimaiton of a law and allow the Grand Navy to evacuate these people from your shores and to ours where we shall eagerly merge them with our religious society -- a far better existance than the hellish land they live in now.

However, should you refuse to do this, the Grand Navy will be dispatched to your nation for immediate blockade, and should you decide to exterminate or execute these people -- a fait far worse than what you've inflicted upon them will be brought down you and the rest of your population until such time as you stand before Judgement, be it by one of our firingsquads or by the Divine Providence. Either way it fine with the Republic.

Re: Persecution of the Faithful

I’ll be blunt Mr. Vanderthoth; we don’t have time to waste on peon nations like yourselves, and we don’t particularly approve of your choice of persecuting the religious, citing the absurd reason “that followers of religion would do whatever their beliefs would want them to, including kill, steal, and even rebel.” If you wish to persecute cults, then by all means persecute them, be they Scientologists or Davidians. If you want to persecute the faithful, then you will only persecute yourself. As ordered by the Arch Arsonist, I urge you to reconsider. To help you make your decision, we are dispatching the 25th Amphibious Assault Group to moor just off of your capital. You have 48 hours.

FROM THE OFFICE OF EMPEROR KARIUS VANDERITH

Dear Larry Williams,

We gladly accept your offer to rid our lands of these unpredictable menaces. We have gathered around ten thousand of them so far, but sources say there are at least five thousand more on the loose. Once our military has rounded up the last of the savages, we shall contact your navy, and you will be allowed to haul them out of Dominicath. Be aware that their citizenships have been revoked, so once they're on your ships, they are no longer our trouble. You cannot return them once you have taken them.

Dear Ronin Mastsumoto,

Unfortunately, the fair country of Shazbotdom has already contacted and made a deal with us. Once we've gathered the mess your religions have spewed out on the earth, they will be forced to board Shazbotdom's ships, and taken to wherever that country's leader wants them to go. You may continue negotiations for more property once they have left Dominicath. Also, isn't Christianity, Buddhism, and all those other troublesome beliefs against killing? Your religious society seems very contradictory.

Dear Klara Mykhaila,

I would advise against calling the Empire a peon nation. We have the 502nd Naval Legion surrounding our nation, and they would be more than glad to engage you in naval combat. In case they fail, SAM and artillery installations are waiting along our coast to unleash hell upon you. It doesn't matter, because we have already struck a deal to remove the nuisances from our land, so I suggest you just set back and allow the deal to take it's course.

Re: Persecution of the Faithful

As stated; the 25th will be anchored outside of your capital in international waters to monitor the situation. Again, I strongly suggest you reconsider persecuting your populace in this manner and you would be wise to not threaten military action against the Armed Republic. We will let it slip... this time. Any attack on the 25th will be taken as an act of war.

SCENE: Jackston City, Shazbotdom Colony of Alraibris
The many aircraft were awaiting their orders on the tarmac of Jack International Airport. It was the largest airport in the Colonies so this would be the ideal staging ground for what would become one of the largest evacuation operations in the history of the Shazbotdom Empire.

The airport was basically shut down for this operation, as the entire tarmac, as well as the tributary runways were filled with aircraft that had a temporary insignia of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps on the sides of them. These planes were normally kept scattered across the Colonies and used for civlian aviation companies, but they were commondeered for this exercise.

All that there is to do now, is wait.

Thousands of prisoners wearing torn clothes and covered in dirt were forced onto the shores of Vanderith Beach. The beach was fifty miles long. It was tradition that when a new emperor rose to power, the ridge would renamed after him or her.

It was a complete mess. The Dominicath Military was half-a-mile behind the thousands of prisoners forming a long line, making sure none of them tried to escape. About twenty of them had already tried to either swim into the ocean, or turn around and run. All of them were almost immediately gunned down.

FROM THE OFFICE OF EMPEROR KARIUS VANDERITH

Dear Larry Williams,

The entire religious populace of Dominicath have been gathered at Vanderith beach. You may come retrieve them in any matter you wish. If you do not retrieve them within twenty-four hours, they will all be executed en masse.

SCENE: In the air
The 1,000 Boeing 777's were making their way towards the Dominicath Empire. They were 12 hours out and were in flight formation to do a staggered landing pattern. Landing 100 aircraft at a time, loading up, then taking off. This would make the total time for them to be in Dominicath roughly 8 total hours.

Without Dominicath knowing though, there were about 10 Marines on each of the aircraft. This was to ensure that there was no attempt at military forces to try and move in on the aircraft and take them over. Which was standard procedure in a matter such as this.

GLOBAL IC:

Since we are sending aircraft, could you bring them to an airport so we can haul them away? Our navy is already preparing for a war against another nation and thus cannot retrieve them. You can just close an airport that is not that busy and we can land there and haul them away.
Dominicath

It was already a hassle getting the prisoners to Vanderith Beach. It was even more of a hassle getting them back on-board the aircraft that carried them there and taking them to the nearby Grace Airfield. Since Empire generals and admirals have the authority to close off any of the Empire's territory at any time, it was not much trouble temporarily shutting the airport down and getting the civilians out of the building. All flights scheduled to land at Grace Airfield were re-routed to a nearby airport.

The prisoners were then dropped off into one of the runways by a massive group of helicopters. This would be a bit easier. Now the soldiers could form a circle formation. Now the prisoners had no chance of escaping. Of course, if they weren't so frightened and distrustful, they'd know that this was, in a way, an escape.

FROM THE OFFICE OF EMPEROR KARIUS VANDERITH

Dear Larry Williams,

All of the prisoners have been placed inside the Grace Airport. As I have said before, if your men do not arrive in twenty-four hours to retrieve them, they will be executed by the Dominicath Military.

SCENE: Aircraft in the sky
The Boeing 777's began their decent, 100 at a time, they landed in a straight line, with about 1,000 feet between each aircraft. As they landed, they turned down the taxi ways onto the tarmac and pulled up next to eachother in an angle'd formation. They then opened up the doors on the side and waited for the stairs to roll up to the aircraft, in which the 10 Marines on each plane made themselves known by walking down the ramp. 8 Marines from each aircraft stood at the bottom of the stairs taking defensive stances while the other 2 from each aircraft walked up to the refugees.

"Alright. Single File Lines people. There is enough room for 150 people on each aircraft, so we will count out 150 people using that eqiipment" As he said this, he pointed towards the aircraft and electronic counters were brought out down to the bottom of the stairs. "I would like to ask that families please tell us how many there are so we can make sure you are kept together, we would rather not want families to be split apart during the boarding process." He then nodded to his partner.

"Everyone start walking towards the aircraft. Single file line. We don't want to tranq anyone who disobey's us."

With that the loading of the first 100 aircraft began. only 900 more aircraft and 14 hours to go.

The prisoners looked awestruck when the marines told them to board the ships. Karius had tried to explain to them they would be set free, but after would had happened, no one in Dominicath who believed in a deity was willing to trust his words.

As the prisoners quickly boarded the Boeing 777's, an Imperial soldier approached the marine who seemed to be in charge of everything, the one who told them to get into a single file line. The Imperial soldier had an emotionless look on his face, like he was a machine.

"I hope you understand that once the 14 hours you have left are up, we'll be executing the prisoners who couldn't board your aircraft quick enough, including the ones still climbing up the stairways. Better hurry." The soldier told him before letting out a small chuckle and walking away.

GLOBAL IC:
SCENE: Grace Airfield, Dominicath Empire -- T-Minus 11 hours till deadline
The first 200 planes had been loaded up and left the ground 10 minutes ago. It's been 3 hours since the landing of the first aircraft and things were proceeding as expected. Planes number 201 through 300 were on the ground and being loaded up as we speak. People were walking through the electronic counters, which also doubled as metal detectors, and being hussled onto the plane. The Marines had put up retractable barricades to ensure that people didn't attempt to go around the counters as each plane had to be loaded up with exactly 150 people for this operation to work.

Leutenant Jefferson, who was in charge of Airplane Number 240, stood at the front of the barricades that were set up. His XR-01 BattleRifle in front of him, barrel drooped down towards the ground in more of a security stance than a military one. He was scanning the horizon for any signs of military forces, trying to make sure that no one tried to highjack the aircraft that was loaned to the Marines by several private aviation industries across the Shazbotdom Empire.

Inside the aircraft, people were taking their seats where they were told. To make the trip more comfortable for the refugees, the flight attendants who were normally assigned to the aircraft were on duty, passing out free soda's, candy, and other nurishment to those who asked. This was mainly done due to the fact that the Empire did not know if these people were malnurished or treated unfairly during their stay at the 'Concentration Camps' that the Dominicath Empire had these people rushed to. Dinner consisted of several different things. There was a Chicken Dinner, A Pork Dinner, a Vegitarian Dinner, and a Vegan Dinner.

After the last person was counted by the electronic counters, the next person in line was told to wait while the stairs were pulled back and the Eight Marines who were at the bottom of the stairs loaded up onto the aircraft. Two always remained behind for the next aircraft, as a sort of percaution, and when the next aircraft arrived, they would be relieved by the Marines on board that aircraft. Aircraft 201 through 300 then pulled back and headed down the tarmac and onto the taxi lanes, lining up and then taking off, heading towards the Shazbotdom Colony of Alraibris, where these people would be offloaded and intermixed with the rest of the Shazbotdom Society.

The 801st through 900th Aircraft were landed on the tarmac in position, awaiting the refugee's to climb up the stairs onto the aircraft. The Marines were standing around the stairs, watching for anything in the distance to happen. The electronic counter counted the refugees as they walked up to the stairs. They were making sure that someone didn't sneak on.

Off in the distance Leutenant Nickleson saw some military vehicles. He put his hand up to his earpiece and talked to the other marines.

"Incomming Vehicles. Defensive Stance Alpha-Omega Three Two Seven."

With that the Marines flipped the saftey off of their weapons.

The 901st through 1000th Aircraft had just pulled into position and the stairs and counters were put into position. Only about 1,500 more refugees to go, and with 100 planes left with 150 to each plane, it was expected that they'd all be on board within 45 minutes. Sergent Cralin was the lead person on duty at the beginning of the line and was slowly pushing the people down. He had heard the words of the Soldier of the Dominicath Empire from his comarad wo the Soldier talked to and thought to himself, These people are the most idiotic that i've ever met. He was cautious about the Dominicath people, but he had no real good reason. Their weapons look outdated and from intelligence that was sent to the Marines, their numbers were far less than the Dark Empire's.

It was no matter. Only about 75 to each plane and 50 minutes to go. They would make the deadline with time to spare, and the Marines were happy about that.

~~45 minutes later -- T-Minus 5 Minutes to Deadline~~
The last of the Refugees just stepped off of the stairs in the 777's and took their seat. The Marines then began to pack up the electronic equipment and their barricades and were carrying them up the stairs of the Jetliners. The last of the Marines then held their guns tight and began to slowly walk up the stairs backwards, watching the Dominicath Emperial Military. Seargent Cralin was the last of the Marines to board 777 number 999 and he gave a crisp salute to the Dominicath Military Personel.

The planes then began to roll down the Tarmac and onto the Taxi Ways to the runway. As soon as they reached the runway they hit their engines to full, barreling down the runway and began to climb up towards the sky. As the Shazbotdom ships flew away, the Dominicath military began leaving the area. The general informed the owners of the establishment that civilians were once again allowed to enter the area. As the general walked away from the airfield, he felt a feeling of regret. He was glad that the undesirables were removed from Dominicath, but some part of him, deep down inside, as much as he despised admitting it...wanted to kill them. He wanted to see them die. He shivered, shoved the thoughts out of his head, and hopped into the jeep that had arrived to take him back to the Council's headquarters to inform that what had happened.
