History:
Switzerland: The swiss, though neutral only suffered two nukes as a result of the war. The nukes destoyed Old Bern and Geneva. However the people were safe as a result of the 1:1 ratio for people in bunkers. (though those close to the blast died anyway) no invasions were able to penetrate the collapsed tunnels and the alps that protected Switzerland and it suffered no further damage.
Current Standings: The FUACE maintains a defensive and neutral stance. This however may change rapidly as power is held a small margin of neutral vs militaristic representatives

Former Swiss Army: 1,200,000
The former Swiss army is what its name implies. It uses former swiss armaments and tanks. Many aircraft unoperable due to lack of fuel and used only in dire circumstances.
Southern French Defense force: 10,800,000 The SFD uses former frech technology and contains the naval arm of the government. The airforce id nearly non existant. However there is a greater number of armor and contains the Navy.
Paramilitary: Militia of Southern France- 7,000,000 (defensive only)
due to the large number of borders the army is thinly spread and these people help defend their homes when the time comes. They lack in formal training and equipment but they are ready to defend their homes at a moments notice.
