This is the planning/OOC thread for "The Inside Man" and is where I'll tell you what the IC thread is about, where you can make up your characters and we talk out of character. Heres the plot:

A terrorist organization is planning to take over a new factory in Green Hawk, which is going to start building new types of airplanes, which in turn will improve the economy of Green Hawk. The reason they want to do this is because they want Green Hawk to be an empire and take over the world (I don't get it ether...) They hope to force the government to change into an empire and to remove the civil rights/political rights of the people in Green Hawk or is there more to it... *Evil laughter and lightning in background*

I'll rp three characters (so that I can make sure the plot moves along) they are: Head of Counter Intelligence Agency, Head of Counter Terrorism and the terrorist leader. Other positions to rp can be:

Terrorist
Operative for the Counter Intelligence Agency (CIA)
Operative for the Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU)
Police officer
Detective
and many many more... (anything else you can think of)

I'll provide more info if more people join or if you got a question. If you would like to join just say so and if you can write about your character(s) that would be nice to. I'm open to suggestions too.

Could I RP the local branch of my terrorist organization, the Wolf Pack, as they would have reason to support this action?

I'll be an Osteian CTU agent :) but my guy could be living in your nation now...he will also be former JTAT (Joint tactical assault team)

Well, to begin with, just so you know, the Wolf Pack wants to see the world united for the better. The twist is that they don't care if they rule it or not, they just want it together.

As for the character, he would probably be an agent hidden within the terrorist group to try to use it to acomplish the goals of the Wolf Pack. As for a name and appearance, I'll think of that in a while. The character would probably be ex-special forces and calm and collected. Ultimately he seeks to influence Green Hawk to become imperial, because if it is, it will conquer, uniting nations together.

Does your leader have the power to contact the leader of my terrorist? If so, then thats a way you can introduce yourself. Unless you have a better idea?

I need to have that bio to introduce you. Also, the way I'm thinking of getting you in this, is by having an agent in CTU worked with you once and suggests to the head that you work for Green Hawk to catch the bad guys. You'll get a team to rp with if you want as a bonus :D

Well, I was thinking that the agent would've been inserted as a sleeper agent, so that he could be used later. They have several of such agents in different terrorist organizations.

Also, my leader very likely could contact your leader, but he probably would send an underling instead because he tries to keep his identity secret.

Ok, so you have a spy in the terrorist organization, but are you going to send in underling or the spy him/herself to contact the leader or your not going to make contact?

Probably, I won't make contact until the spy deems it necessary. He'll signal the leader through predetermined methods, like a radio broadcast in code, and the leader will direct an underling to contact you without revealing the spy's identity.
