The Confederacy of Totally Awesome Place seeks to purchase large quantities of weapons of all forms, from combat rifles to tanks, planes, or even maybe a cheap patrol boat or two. This has come in light of the great unrest in our nation and the need to update out military forces.

The current administration has decided to merge funding of Law and Order with Defense which ultimately gives us a total of 4 billion to offer at this time, so we ask for 4 Billion USD worth of equipment

OOC: I know that my military cant exceed 5%(I am using 1%) but I am unaware as to any restriction on a police force? I suppose it could be placed as 4% of my population if 1% is used in the military. But I would prefer clarification

OOC: law and order personnel as a percentage of the population isn't something most people think much about but if it helps the USA employs about 0.35% in Law Enforcement

Generally the combination of your law and order and defence budgets is frowned upon but i can see more than a few grey areas, particularly in the realms of patrol vessels and surveilance aircraft.

If you can give me a day or so i will put together a package priced at around $4billion that can cover msot of the areas required.

The F-4X Phantom II started out as a "rip-off"(reverse engineering) of the Israeli F-4-2000(which supposedly equaled the F-18 Hornet) but features a distinctly Phoenix Dynamix flavor.
