Harold Richards Reporting.

RICHARDS: Good day, citizens, and welcome to BBC News. I'm Harold Richards. First, we are going to go to Tom Harrison with the weather and cerfew levels. Tom?

HARRISON: Thanks Harold. The high for today is 20* with the low being around 12*. The cerfew level is at Yellow, eight o'clock, and the terror level is at orange. Back to you, Harold.

RICHARDS: Thanks, Tom. Our top story today is a report of major Liberty Lion terrorist movements in the Welsh countryside. The People's Militia has been holding back a major Liberty Lion assault on an immigration holding camp at Holyhead causing the release of a large number of West African immigrants. The FBGF is moving in to assist the People's Militia in holding back the rampant Liberty Lion assault.

The town square in central Riga, the capital of the Union of Baltic Republics was thronged by thousands of citizens in their worn, 1950's style clothing. Though the rest of the city was covered in ruins, craters and shanty towns this section of the city was reletivly clean and unharmed. A massive screen stood at the North end of the square, it was off. On the outskirts of the square military soldiers stood guard.
(These massive screens are the only TV screens in the nation, all wired in to a main station and they play at the same time. there is one in every city)

It was 4 in the afternoon. Just then triumphant military music sounded all around the square, it was booming. The Screen then jumped alive with the letters BALCOL (an abrieviation for Baltic Collectivism and the junta's official ideology) with the symbol of Balcol in the backround, a giant semi circle cog wheel, a kind of hammer and then a sort of saw at the bottom (I have no idea how to add pictures to these so i cant show you what i'm trying to describe)

The crowd cheered and then ritualistically began chanting "balcol, balcol, balcol"
The an operatic sort of tune sounded around the square with the voice of an opera lady singing to relaxing and calming tune.
with a voice over of a man, the mans voice was calm and monotonous and seemed to speak in a pattern as if he could speak to the beat of a metronome

"We are a land of peace, of love, of friendship, of pride....."

some people in the crowd began shutting their eyes with a big smile on their face as if they were getting extreme satisfation and relaxation from what was being said you could also hear more people continue chanting Balcol, balcol, balcol

"We work hard, we must survive, we must protect and serve our leadership. Balcol is it! our ideoology, our hopes and dreams and balcol is our life. Sacrafice our lives for our goal, the goal of reaching balutop. Put our beliefs in Balcol to reach the Baltic Utopia........

The operatic music then faded out and the backround music was eased out and replaced with a more sinister tune

"People outside of our Balcol state wish to see us destroyed, our lives ended....."

The crowd then began to chant and spit" demons! foriegners! Devils! Outsiders!

"Yes patriots! they walk among us...always threatening us, creating chaos with their disease ridden stench! Foriegners! the people that call them selves refugees! they make themselves out to be the victims! the only victims are us! the boil, warts, they are all imperfections on this earth"

The massive screen then displayed pictures of foriegners, massive refugee camps that were crowded, a diseased african, starving and boney asian, a burnt and disfigured arab then for a split second a word would apear then dissapear this would happen every minute.

And it seemed to speed up until the screen was filed with the words

The crowd cheered and screamed and chanted and shook their fists in the air shouthing

Death to the foriegners! Death to the Outside! Death to the enemies!

The the awful sinister music melted away to the Baltic national anthem and then the screaming stopped abruptly, the people then returned to the ritualistic chant Balcol, Balcol, Balcol adn then one by one the crowd raised their right arm and formed it into a slight curve similar to a 'C' shape with their hand hanging over their head (this is the official salute of the Baltics since 2010)

This is the common brainwashing that takes place in the UBR every day.
The military then began emptying the crowd in orderly lines, the crowsd would shake the hands of the soldiers and form the salute to them

"well done patriots! you serve Balcol!" the people would say while passing the soldiers
