General Ares, looked upon these pappers. They read of nations from all around Europe forming alliances. Alliances that posed a strong threat to Sparta. After much thought the Commander and Cheif decided that he would drop the Xenophobic nature of the Federation and reach out to the world. He issued out notices to two nations that he was expecting an answer from. This new military alliance would sweep across what was left of this broken earth. No Axis or Alliance would hold back the onslaught.

Fear no more, for Sparta has also began creation of a Military Alliance. You and another alliance have both been asked to Join the Coalition of Orginized Governments. Or COG as he call it.
