Legislative Branch:

Supreme Socialist Council:

The Supreme Socialist Council is made up of two chambers, each with equal legislative powers, with members elected for four-year terms:

- The Worker's Council, elected on the basis of population with one deputy for every 300,000 people in the Socialist state.
- The Socialist of Nationalities, made to represent the ethnic populations, with members elected on the basis of 32 deputies from each Socialist republic (excluding the autonomous republics, autonomous regions, and autonomous districts in its territory, which would send in separate members), 11 from each autonomous republic, five from each autonomous region, and one from each autonomous district. The administrative units of the same type would send in the same amount of members regardless of their size or population.

Congress of Socialists:

The Congress of Socialists is an assembly of representatives of local councils. All members are chosen by the local communist leaders, and then "approved" in single-party, single-candidate "elections". Officially, the Congress of Socialists creates laws and elects the Council of Ministers, which is the basis of the government.

The Supreme Socialist Court is the head of the Judicial Branch. 32 Judiciaries (1 for each Region)

Political Parties

Communist Party of the SSU (CPSSU): Marxism-Leninism. Actual political party in power, and most popular party among the SSU.
Social Democratic Labour Party (SDLP): Neo-Menshevik. Opposing party of the CPSSU. Formed after the creation of the CPSSU.
