Since the dissolution of the Kalmar Union, the Nordic peoples have been divided into the false political entities of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and their various former colonies. Recognizing this, a group of Pan-Nordic peoples have come together to form a truly integrated Scandinavian State, one which will truly form a Nordic culture. Nordscandia has been founded on Democratic, Liberal Ideals, with a focus on the rights of each citizen and of Social, as well as criminal, justice. With an eye towards the future great incentives have been placed for Nordic immigrants and there is now a great focus in the nation on the pursuit of education and child incentives. The lands of Scandinavia have often suffered from a lack of people, and with technological advances making more and more land available and efficient Nordscandia is encouraging families to raise more children. Though we consider ourselves a largely peaceful nation our independence is of paramount concern, and to this end all citizens report for mandatory military training, so that if such a danger should arise we will be fully prepared.

Nordscandia also wishes to announce that we are seeking a small military contract with which to supply the reserve program. For now some 600,000 Assault Rifles of a decent quality will be needed, though in the future as the nation's population grows this will likely be increased. Cost is a factor, as our economy is still developing and these are to be deployed to Reserve, Citizen-Soldiers.

Vestern States is much intressted in supplying Nordscandia with military equippment and in training of your armed forces in naval and coastal warfare.
