The dark age is over, progress may now begin.

For many years Kubra has been in a "dark age". All trade stopped and we experienced a stagnation in technological advancement. However, those days are behind us. We are free of them and may now continue forward. However, some things are needed before we can continue on.

During the Dark Age Kubra did have a civil war, destroying nearly all our military weapons, excluding small arms. Also, although everyone and their grandmothers have a firearm we lack standard issue military weapons. We also experienced shortages of many luxury items. So, for all those reasons Kubra would like to establish trade between other willing countries.

Of course, trade isn't the only problem. Our country is still rebuilding from the devastation of the civil war and the small skirmishes that followed it. Although good progress has been made, we are still at risk of invasion from well armed dictatorships. So, for thatreason we would like to open our arms to communcation and alliances with other willing nations.

Even though we've orcome the darkness, our return to the world stage may very well end up a crisis. We only hope that other nation ill help us regain the power we once had.

2. $175 billion in construction equipment, engineering and contractor oversight, machinery and non-technological infrastructure supplies.

3. $150 billion in technological infrastructure like electricity generation equipment, telecommunications supplies, computers, and fiber optic cable. We can also provide engineers and additional staff to help train your workers and economy to use these devices.

Despite not being too far in recovery, there are many skilled workers within our borders willing to train promising members of the working class to operate current machinery. Yes, I do believe an embassy echange would be in order. Location is not a problem, as we have much land available for contruction, even in the heart of our most major cities. Most of the areas where we once had embassies are now abandoned, but the area they were bult at is a good place to set up, as it it quite close to our nations heart. You may recycle an abandoned embassy (which are still in remarkably good condition) or we may tear one down to make room for a newer one, it is your call.

You see, many of our embassy retain the architecture of the nations that occupied them, so we need to know your current standing with large nations. After all, it wouldn't be good for business if you ended up with an embassy previously owned by an enemy.

Green Hawk could use food that can only be grown on farm land, the snow here makes it hard to grow food. I can offer about 300 tons of metal and if you need more just ask, it will take longer though.

Should you feel the need to change your security situation, you are free to do so without interference or questioning from the Vetalian government.
