Current Standings:
Kansiov has just recovered from the 3rd World War, it is a poor Nation. Industry is useless as trade between Nations is rare which leads to very little earnings from overseas.
-Issues&Challenges-
-Mines have been built up, but still work is not done
-Roads and Railways need to be rebuilt and the Government must urge people to leave their Underground homes and stay in better apartments.
-kansiov has seen some economic revival in the last few months, but there is a major widening income gap.

History:
Kansiov was formed 2 years after the Collpase of Russia by the Monarch Kansiov I. He lead Kansiov back on her feet and promised that World War 3 would well for the Kansiovian people. He destroyed the incoming Chinese Army of over 1.2 million Soldiers mainly with nuclear Warheads. He ordered the contruction of Shelters which saved millions of lives during the 5 year nuclear Winter in Russia and radio active dust from the Warheads.

Kansiov II took over the throne after he ruled Kansiov for 4 years, Kansiov II was unpopular and was soon Overthrown by the Republicans who renamed Kansiov as a Republic. Yuri was the head of state but he was rather an ill man throughout his regin. He died 5 months after he was elected and Alexi was elected as new President giving his award winning opening speech saying:"Kansiov does not belong to Alexi, but its Alexi who belongs to Kansiov."

Paramilitary:
The 6th Speznautz Regiment is an eilte Force, however however some of them think that they are fighting for their unit rather than for their country.

Same as UPSS's factbook. You won't be able to field all of these ships at once. You might want to remove all of the tanks and other vehicles that date from after 2000.

Besides that, everything looks great.

It's not because you're low on manpower, it's because of the lack of oil.

The KAC has launched its first Rocket to space. Alexi believes that the future is not on Earth alone.

About an hour before the launch, President Alexi gave Kansiov a speech...
"The world has taken a major backslide in Science and Development, instead it has turned into a series of violent changes, radical military ideas, a fresh new wave of people, none other than us Kansiovians still believe that Technology is the key! I would also like to thank the KAC for developing this fanastic Rocket to be sent into space, a milestone to creating a modernization of Space."

The Crowd of around 13,000 Kansiovians watched as the Rocket the Kansiov I took off, on board was a crew of three. Maj Kulkisev, Cpt Iansiov and Cpt. Bernskiev.

This milestone as Alexi said promised the Science and Technological Developments an increase of funding from 0.6% of the GDP to 1.5% more than double.
