It had been a short civil war. Much shorter than any Zackarothian civil war in history. Only about a week of fighting before James von Strangailds forces gave up after there leader's death at the hand of a helicopter roter blade. Aimless sighed as he looked out over the city of Naga. Some fires stilled burned from the fighting but the emergencey forces where taking care of that. But right now Zackaroth's army was stretched thin. Times like was when small rebellion groups would try to crop up and Michael von Strangailds terroists loved to strike. There was also the problem of replacing the High Council. His son had killed them all off and it was up to the people to elect the new ones.

He rarely asked other nations for help, put he needed it. If they tried to go it alone there much needed supplies would probally run out. He sat down at his tesk and began typing up a message to all the the nations of the world.



Dear all nations of the world

We have heard your plea for medical supplies and food stuffs. And although we are all willing to send as much as we can, we feel that it would be the most prudent thing to do if we asked you what you needed the most and how much of it. Don't think of us as being stingy with our supplies, we just don't feel like sending supplies that won't get used.

As most of our farms where in the north and most of them gone and burnt we will needing alot. After caculating and studying some things we have realized the captiel city of Naga is in the most danger of starvation, along with the surronding villages. We have calculated around 3 million to 5 million food stuffs will be needed till the farms are back up and running. We thank you for showing concern for our siuation.

We have determined that the best way to help your nation is to rebuild any and all infrastructure damaged during your civil war, with a focus on your farmlands and food processing facilities.

Military aid is of utmost importance as well, considering the situation you are in. With rebel groups and a military stretched thin, we are willing to send any military supplies you need including weapons and vehicles. If you would request foreign military peacekeepers, we would send a detachment.

The support and help of the international community seems to not end. We accpect your offer with only a few small requests. First, amazingly, we do not need oil. Many of our oil fields are intact from the war and they are helping to supply and gain money for our country. As for military aid we wish for a few number of peace keepers to help keep some peace in the lower parts of Zackaroth, especally the city of Hydra and the towns around it. We do not need alot, Around 600 to 1,000 should do it. We promise it should take no longer than 3 to 4 months for there stay, unless anything on a serious scale happens.

An important message to all peacekeepers coming in. Please use your desert gear. Zackaroth is currently entering its hot season. Those in the south especially need to listen to this message as it gets the hottest down there.

very well, we shall scale our force down to 1,000. we will be wearing desert gear, and i am seding 25 Bandit I light tanks, 10 Titan II heavy tanks, and 45 Lightly armored Humvees along with them. If you wish, you may use these weapons. If not, my peacekeepers will use them.

We are sending our 15th "Desert Eagle" Brigade down to keep the peace, and as such are also sending one armored divison of our MBT-13 "Arbiter" tanks, along with 10 F/A-15N Cardinal's to be based any any of your AFB's you wish.
